Misleading. Said there was a pool and there wasn't one. Bathroom light was falling down. Floor was dirty. Had to go to office everyday and ask for towels. Shower was dirty. I had a service dog and they charged me 20.00 a night for her. I would like a refund of my money. I definitely won't stay there again

Location I was disappointed with my stay because I found ants in my hotel room. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of a hotel experience, and this issue made me uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses the problem and improves pest control and housekeeping so future guests have a better experience.

Nothing We didn’t stay. The lobby had roaches on the wall. There were vagrants outside hovering at the door

The price and location in relativity to the rest of the strip. The cockroach that was in our room when we woke up. Woke up to a roach crawling across me as I slept. There was other things but that was the only one worth mentioning.

I would have preferred to have some type of breakfast included. Whether it be muffins or cereal bars.

Nothing The computer didn't work and I paid the money instead of card and when I got to the room the lady open it up with the key and didn't give me anything to get back in and when we open the door the room smelled like cigarettes and I couldn't stay there because the room was dirty and we went somewhere different. My daughter took pictures of the room. Maybe she can buy some cleaning supplies for the room with my money.

I don't believe there was a breakfast. I think there was only coffee offered at the office. Maybe some kind of breakfast. If not, then maybe a coffee machine in the room.
