Convenient friendly staff clean rooms

Did need a shower curtain. Perfect place for 1 night stay after baseball game.

Staff were wonderful, hotel showing some wear in the room, but clean. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

The staff was super helpful as always. The room and the pool were clean. The breakfast was yummy. We will be back.

The location was great! It was surrounded with places to shop and eat. It was quiet/ clean and the staff was really nice. The beds could have been a little more comfortable. There was no microwave in the room, not really a biggie, just something I'm used to most places I've stayed.

Newer hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. Nice breakfast.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Room was great. Only issue was other guests didn't pick up their dogs waste. It was everywhere.

We stayed over a week. Missed two days od housekeeping services. The breakfast was really good. Mixing up the menu was excellent. Variety was a plus. The location was o.k except for the access to and from the facility. No ease to turn in or out and go left or right.Having to make U- Turns detracted from our stay. Parking was good. We didn't get recognized as a Member? Dissapointed Missed two days of housekeeping services. Why? Thats part of the cost and we didn't getcrhe services. Should receive a credit. Access to and from the facility was bad. U Turns were necessary. Just a bad location roadway and traffic. We are members and like staying at your facilities. Not asking for anything extra - just the services we deserve and paid for. My Wife is a Retired Lodging Manager and we're well aware of the System

This is a fairly new Hampton with the classic Hampton feel to it. No surprises, which is my favorite part. The kids loved the pool and the workout room. The staff were all very courteous. Not to mention that it is in the middle of Pinellas county and surrounded by shopping and dining.

Dusty, we opened the drawers to dust! Dog hair on the floor everywhere! Bed was comfy.

The entrance of the hotel plus the elevator and other common areas were extremely dirty, the administration does not worry about keeping the building clean, when you enter that is the first impression, and the outside of the building worse hurts to see how all those flowers they have are burned by the sun you can see that not even a little water fall on them, what I did like was the breakfast that was spectacular very varied and the room was clean, but please this message is for the manager worry about the common areas and that it smells good when one enters the building since it smells dirty pity since the hotel shows that it has been recently been remodeled

At first glance everything seemed fine, but later we noticed several areas that had clearly been overlooked. The bathroom mirror had dried toothpaste splatter running down it, the sink shelf had visible rings and residue from a previous guest's items, the shower glass had noticeable hard water buildup, and one of the nightstands had a sticky, hardened spill on the surface. Fortunately, Jonathan from housekeeping went above and beyond the next morning. Even though the room wasn't assigned to him, he took care of everything promptly and professionally. We didn't notice the issues until it was time for bed, so we really appreciated his willingness to help. His excellent customer service made a big difference.

Everyone was very friendly - room was clean and spacious. I loved the huge shower too.
