It was under going construction. Room had bugs. Soda machine was not working. Washer and dryer were not working.

The room was very good; I only have one thing to mention: the air conditioners—at least the one in my room—don't cool properly and need to be replaced.

Room 211 had mold . I had mold growing on my clothes in the closet and mold in the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable at all I had trouble sleeping. Hotel staff was excellent! Very pet friendly. Very close to shops and restaurants.

Everything was good, just the bidding needs an elevator

They were doing renovation. The room floor was not clean, phone was not working, also has a pudent odor, I was told at checkout Marie GM will give me call. she never called

Hotel had bad smell. I had to go and buy a candle and plug in to make it smell better. Very uncomfortable experience.

BAD AC systems. Not every room can retain the cold air, supposedly they just replace AC’s. There’s Roaches and DIRTY floors. Nothing on Expedia indicates they are remodeling until after you book.

The TV didn't work and the pool was nasty

This property was terrible. They put us in a room where the air conditioning was not working. And this was on an over 100 degree day in Pinellas Park, Fl. We went and talked to man at front desk and were told to come back later that day and they would have us a different room. When my son went back to front desk to get new room number and key, a different man was there and he knew nothing about our situation. He told us they had no rooms open, were full. They were not full, there were only a few cars in entire parking lot. There was no free breakfast and no coffee and no juice. We sweated so bad in that place and did not sleep good at all. I had a floor fan in my car, brought it in room to try to help cool it. Turned it on and it blew dead roaches out from under furniture. The men at desk were uncaring and rude. Dont waste your money using that place
