Location. Cleanliness. Staff is great I'd love to have a microwave and fridge in the room

Great staff and building, wonderfully updated. Room was very small and we missed having a mini fridge (learned it’s available upon request on the way out).
-
Room was very clean and spacious, the bar upstairs had good food and drinks.

Disappointing

There was a “hole” in the floor. It sinks in when you step in a certain area . Hurt myself during the evening. Manager was going to inspect it and get right back to me. Still haven’t heard back from him. Not feeling the best costumer service The floor not to sink in and hurt me.

Room was nice Had to pay $32 to valet park or park off property. Had to pay $25 if you wanted to watch anything other then live tv with barley any channels. Then they wanted a $50 payment to check in early. Blood all over the stairwell on my way down stairs. Sink was clogged.

beautiful hotel with unique rooms. very clean! didnt have a fridge which was inconvenient as a breastfeeding/pumping mom. close to many bars, restaurants, and fun things to do in lawrenceville!

Room very clean and roof top views are amazing, especially at night.

Nothing Room was dirty, towels had all kinds of holes/stains. Room had a nasty smell to it

Clean and inviting. The rooftop bar was beautiful. We liked the simple and thoughtful reuse of materials in the decor We paid for breakfast, yet the desk clerk acted like he was giving us a special amenity. It was odd, but not bad. The service at the rooftop bar was horrible. Our first drinks were prepared well, although the bartender seemed stiff and inattentive. Trying to get a second drink, we were ignored for nearly 15 minutes, despite being patiently visible at the uncrowded bar. I finally interrupted the bartender/supervisor who got my drink completely wrong. Just not a good impression.

Great location

Location to cute area Lawerenceville. That there is only valet parking and wasn’t informed about it when booking. $32 per day. Little expensive.

Nice rooftop bar

The room was tiny and there was a 6 to 8 inch opening on either side of the bed. No refrigerator or microwave, which I had read. No ice machine in first floor, only down at front desk. 2 things really affected my review. The walls in the room were dirty-had just not been cleaned. I’ll send pictures to the hotel. Also, there were no food options-there was a wedding on the rooftop and so the small bar downstairs was not serving food because the “kitchen was busy”. I ended up ordering a pizza and having to go back downstairs to get it. Finally, my card was charged the online price which stated all fees included, but an incidentals fee of $70 was included. No mention of this. I know it’s standard but should at least be stated. Coffee bar near lobby closed at 11 and to my knowledge, no breakfast was served. It was difficult to know for sure, because when I looked up the menu for the downstairs bar on the hotel site, Google and Yelp, three different menus came up. Over all, for an expensive stay, there was just very little attention to detail, which could have made a big difference. I’ll be going to Pittsburgh pretty frequently, but won’t choose to stay here again.
