Switched next day to an unpaid room i had to make myself room 309 got no hot water. Awful and miserable stay

More run down than the pictures would lead you to believe. The staff was great, however comfort wise I do not think I will return.

Bad

Room smelled bad only got a bar of soap. Someone door dashed and it was left in the elevator. Room furnishings were worn fridge had rust on it. Bed had a huge dent on one side with the springs poking me. Slept on top of the covers because the sheets were stained yellow. Hallway smelled like pot. Person at the desk treated me like I was an inconvenience. Definitely go somewhere else.

Thin walls.. doors always slamming up and down the hallway. Lotta dogs.. upcharge you if you need your room cleaned.. or need new towels.. ended up just buying a new towel from Walmart..

Poor atmosphere and smelled repugnant. There were mold or moss on the bottom of the nightstand. The shower head didn’t work and I used spicket to take a bath. The nob to turn on the shower was dislodged from the wall. There were rust on those surfaces. The experience was awful and I preferred to sleep in my car. The place was off putting and disgusting overall. The hall ways smelled like meth was being cooked. A big HELL NO

As I prepared to check out no one was at the reception desk and I never received a receipt... Thank God I only spent one night. Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted.

I went to check in and was told they didn't have any rooms available even though I had a reservation and confirmation number. I had to find a different hotel at the last minute. The guy working the desk didn't seem to care. Very frustrating!

Location The place was dirty and all your smell is dog and cat urine in the hallways

Very clean and the staff are professional

non-smoking rooms have slight smoke smell. Great for a place to crash and bed is comfortable but make sure you bring soap if you didn't think about that!
