The towels looked liked they were just thrown under the sink on the shelf. When we asked for hand soap the person at the front had to think about saying yes before going to get it Outside of that it was a nice stay and will return

Staff gave me a water when we first arrived. Mold through out the bathroom of our room. Reach out to get a refund and got a $27 credit. Paid over $350. Pretty disappointed

Spacious room, lots of good lighting, very firm & comfortable beds, lots of nice towels, lots of free parking, breakfast at 6AM. Nice fitness room. Several moderately priced restaurants nearby. Shower pressure was weak.

We only stayed here one night. There was multiple issues with maintenance. There was an outlet, not covered that the air conditioner was plugged into the door did not lock. There was patches on the wall where they had fixed holes in the wall, but never fixed it all the way we only had one towel in our room for a party of three there were stains on the carpet, the bathtub had peeling all over it and the room smelled really musty. I would’ve asked for a different room however we rented three rooms for our whole party and they were all the same way. I’m thankful we only stayed here one night. The lady at the check-in desk was super nice however we use the shuttle in the morning to get to the Airport and the man that drove. It was not so friendly in the morning. He did do our return shuttle back to the hotel to get our cars and he was friendly at that time overall I feel giving this hotel three stars was very generous. I truly only wanted to give it one or two stars. Kudos to the front desk lady as she is the reason why I gave them more stars.

The room was just okay. There was some damage on the trim inside the bathroom and the door. The hotel probably needs some remodeling. The had a musty smell to the room and the carpets had stains in the hallway and our room. I think it was clean in terms of housekeeping, the main issue is the hotel is old and just needs some long term maintenance, like new carpets or just going with laminate. We didn’t use the long term parking/shuttle, but it is really close to the airport. We had a 7 am flight and drove to the airport. If you need to stay somewhere close to the airport for a night, this hotel fits the bill.

it was clean the man serving the food for breakfast was extreamly rude and didn’t care to smile once. i asked a question and he looked at me dumb.
