My Place Hotel - Indianapolis Airport/Plainfield, IN

Everything about this still was perfect. Extremely clean and beds were Very comfortable..we defiantly will stay again

Super clean rooms, plenty of towels, and the mini kitchen, including a large refrigerator, and a stove, was awesome!

Denice at the front desk so sweet kind helpful. I had an overnight stay only. The room was exceptional nice for the price. The bed was bit less comfy than I prefer. Full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, and a a sink. Room very clean. I would recommend this for a long term stay or over night.

New and clean

We love this hotel chain, they are so comfortable, clean and homey. The bathroom was clean, the only complaint about the bathroom was the water pressure in the shower. I could spit harder than the water came out in this shower. It took 5 minutes to get wet in the shower so you could soap up. Not sure what was up with that. Other than the shower the room and our stay was great. The staff if very friendly and helpful.

The room reeked of wet dog as soon as you walked in the door. And felt musty. It was unbearable we didn’t even bother trying to get our money back for our second night we just left in the morning and stayed somewhere else. And when we woke up we also found this slug or whatever it is on the floor?I should’ve used it as a sign to not go there after booking for the wrong week and couldn’t get my money back. I’ll pay more to stay somewhere else any other time

The bed was comfortable. The towels were the best of any hotel I've stayed in.

Great value for money. It was only for place to sleep but it ticked all the boxes

Everything except the below complaint was very nice. I had called to reserve the shuttle at an early time. This was suggested on the website. However, whoever took the information did not enter it in the book apparently. It turned out ok, but was scary as the plane took off very early and we needed to be at the airport.

Clean room, helpful staff, and convenient location close to major highway. No complaints.

They let us check in an hour and a half early because of the way our travel plans worked out. Very accommodating!! Love the regular sizes frig!! Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is truly our place!!
