The staff was nonexistent and not very helpful. Would not recommend this property if you like good service. However, the price was good.

This hotel is hot and humid. I don’t know any other way.

The listing showed a sofa bed, but it was broken and completely bent, making it impossible to sleep on. We were three people, but there was only one usable bed for two people. Because the sofa bed could not be used, one person had to sleep in the car late at night. Overall, the room was not as advertised and did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location The bed was hard as a rock the water pressure was awful the pool was broken so we didn't get to go swimming which is why we chose that hotel was for the pool and the breakfast the breakfast was stuff I could have got at the dollar store it was awful and the table they serve the breakfast on was so filled with dust and food that have been sitting there from the day before when we arrived and one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude

I woke up to a roach crawling on my arm!

Convenient Breakfast is supposed to start at 6 AM, but it was seven before anything was out

When we checked in to our room, the beds were not made and there was trash everywhere. The hotel had a bed smell. Tub was dirty. Breakfast had barely anything, but it was advertised as full. Do not stay here.

There were pubic hairs on the sink and bugs crawling all over the room. The guy at the front desk was very friendly.

Nice room, clean Noisy, construction next door to my room all day, roaches after that.

Dirty noisy you have to was your own towels. No breakfast. Coffee sucks. Key card kept messing up had to keep getting it fixed. Smells like smoke in the entire hotel. Stair well full of people. Lots of traffic in and out of the hotel.

It took a long time to get assistance from the front desk it seemed like they were hiding to avoid customers. The bathroom shower was not clean and there was only scolding hot water no cold water. The elevator smells like cigarettes.

Location It was filthy with an over abundance of deferred maintenance.

Very disappointed, very dirty

I liked the layout of the room. The bed was comfortable. Great pillows. The roaches. The microwave was so old and paint peeled off, I was afraid to use it. Whatever the couch was upholstered in felt like plastic.

People are nasty at the facility, night shift front desk was nice and polite. Bathroom had no shower curtain and nasty roaches on the pull out bed.

room was dirty and had a smell like standing water - really stunk. the until had a small kitchen and had No fork for me to eat my meal - kitchen was completely bare. Next door neighbors were fighting and sounded like the walls were paper think. Breakfast is muffins you'd see is a highway gas station. Won't return.

The staff offered me cooking utensils at no cost. Hotel didn't respect my reservation. The hotel staff rented out my room. Hotel charged me the same price for a king suite as the queen suite (my reservation) when the king is cheaper. The staff notified me when I asked, that the central heating wasn't working. The room was freezing and they only gave me an extra blanket. There was 4 people in my party. I'm glad we always carry extra blankets. And then if things couldn't get worst they notified everyone there was going to be a water shut off to fix a water leak.

location & price It was old needed better cleaning
