Extended Stay America Suites Dallas Plano

Nothing Very disappointed with our stay. The pool was not working, the rooms were not clean, and there were no early check-ins available even though we were told we were waiting for housekeeping to finish cleaning the rooms once they became available. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and to make matters worse, there was no breakfast provided. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Property is good to stay for a longer duration as the inroom kitchen is good and staff provided basic cooking utensils and plate. The staff are courteous and we had to extend our stay a little longer which they did. The morning breakfast is minimal with granolas, tea, coffee, muffins and snack bars but at this price it was totally fine. Each floor had laundary facility that was very convenient. The localtion is great as it is walkable distance to many important areas. The best way to commute is still getting uber and lyft. Overall we had a good confortable stay. Some of the laundry machines are bit old but they had a renovation project going on so they will address this issue as well.

Hotel experience has not been great! I reserved a hotel with booking.com 1st issue Debit card scammed after reserving hotel had to dispute 300 dollars worth of charges and get new card 2nd issue Hotel called me day of reservation to tell me no suites available due to remodel starting this weekend for me Ellen and her mom who is disabled. They help me find a hotel in their chain in Richarsdson, I said I prefer the suite so Ellen’s mom has room to move around, Ok we found a hotel for you and it is 20 minutes away with a suite , great thanks ! After I paid for hotel! Little did they mention no elevator! So granny had to walk up 15 stairs to get to room ! Then lady at desk says if you want extra towels it around 2 dollars for them lol what! Get to the room it’s a suite full working kitchen great No dishes, No Coffee Pot no Sheets for pull out bed lol Just terrible all around !

Nothing We booked a room at One Location in Plano they called me day of my reservation to tell me they were starting a remodel on our rooms so they don’t have a room, then I asked them to help me find another hotel with a suite for us and a disabled mom , so they put us in a 2 story hotel with no elevator making a disabled woman walk up stairs to a suite room, I’m bout done with booking .com as when I reserved this hotel my debit card got scammed thru booking .com No if I need extra towels at this hotel I have to pay for them lol Hazelwood Inc and members stay away from these hotels

The staff was nonexistent and not very helpful. Would not recommend this property if you like good service. However, the price was good.

This hotel is hot and humid. I don’t know any other way.

The listing showed a sofa bed, but it was broken and completely bent, making it impossible to sleep on. We were three people, but there was only one usable bed for two people. Because the sofa bed could not be used, one person had to sleep in the car late at night. Overall, the room was not as advertised and did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location The bed was hard as a rock the water pressure was awful the pool was broken so we didn't get to go swimming which is why we chose that hotel was for the pool and the breakfast the breakfast was stuff I could have got at the dollar store it was awful and the table they serve the breakfast on was so filled with dust and food that have been sitting there from the day before when we arrived and one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude

I woke up to a roach crawling on my arm!

When we checked in to our room, the beds were not made and there was trash everywhere. The hotel had a bed smell. Tub was dirty. Breakfast had barely anything, but it was advertised as full. Do not stay here.

There were pubic hairs on the sink and bugs crawling all over the room. The guy at the front desk was very friendly.
