Excellent service and stay

Great hotel with great food and vibe. But what really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Sometimes I get turned off when hotel staff are hyper friendly which can seem kind of fake. But these folks at this location seemed to be just genuinely nice friendly people who were interacting with us human to human rather than primarily for a business reason. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for a soccer tournament! The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The location was convenient, and the kids loved the pool. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

We were given a room for people with special needs and that was equally inconvenient for us. In particular there were no sink inside the bathroom

There was a cockroach on our bed in Room 219. It was on the sheet and then ran underneath the bed frame. We were finally able to get it and kill it. You may want to have an exterminator inspect the room to make sure there isn’t an infestation. Front Desk staff were nice

Nice mini bar in the room. Great location. Staff was nice, but a couple who didn't understand English. The lobby was very warm. We had a long drive. Hot water is free, but no cold water unless you pay. Shower doors were difficult to close. Hard to tell who staff were.

⭐️⭐️ **Very disappointing experience** I booked a **Double Queen Room** at Hyatt Place Plano, but when I arrived, I was told they were going to give me a **King Room instead, for the same price**. I went to the front desk because I had specifically booked and paid for a Double Queen Room and expected the hotel to honor the room type I reserved. Unfortunately, my experience with **Jackie at the front desk was extremely disappointing**. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, she was very rude and dismissive. She told me that I would get the room the system showed, and even asked me for my email to "prove" that what I was saying was true. I felt like I was being treated as though I had done something wrong, rather than as a guest trying to resolve a reservation issue. I do want to mention that **Benn was very nice and genuinely tried to help**, and I appreciate his effort. However, in the end, they told me they were **overbooked and could not provide the Double Queen Room I had reserved**. At that point, I requested a refund, and my reservation was canceled. I understand that mistakes and overbooking can happen, but **the way the situation was handled made the experience much worse**. I expected better customer service and for the hotel to make a reasonable effort to honor the reservation I had made. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, and based on how I was treated at the front desk, I would think twice before booking here again.

Excellent breakfast, much more than expected! Very friendly staff. Great sheets & comfortable matress.

Horrible service.

Or room smelled like a bottle of vitamin E when we first walked in. You know that smell when you open a bottle of vitamins. The floor in the elevator was filthy like it doesn't get mopped once in a week.

The lady who was working the desk when we got there was amazing. I was having a really bad day and she had me laughing. She also got me an extra room and I know that probably wasn’t easy.
