The elevator was down and we were on the 2nd floor. The guy at the front desk said he’ll help which was great. I didn’t like hauling things up & down the hot non-air conditioner stairs.

We hated it. Nasty and smelled bad. Sheets were stained . Elevator was out of order. We checked out on the same day we checked in . Nothing!

Horrible room, toilet and AC were so loud I could not sleep. Hotel attendant was not able to move me to another room. Almost booked another hotel but it was too late at night. Needless to say, I will not be staying there ever again.

Clean room

The front desk was welcoming when I arrived but advised the elevator was broken… Upon walking into the room, the a/c was on 67 which was nice but there was a lot of humidity. There was leftover food on the desk and the sheets had several yellow stains. The entry door had large gaps where the hallway lights shine through and mad it difficult to sleep. Even more so with people shouting and making loud noises in the early hours.

The room was clean, staff friendly, and breakfast was good. The elevator had been broken for a week. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor.

I use the swimming pool, but it would’ve been nice if there was a weight room
