Breakfast was hit and miss with everything being 'in stock'... Staff looked perturbed to fill things that were empty. Generally ok. I spent the bulk of my time st a work conference, not in the room- thankfully.

I would stay there again

Expedia allowed us to book a room with two queen beds; however, upon arrival, we found that the hotel no longer offers this room type. Unfortunately, the property had completed an upgrade about a year ago, but Expedia's listing appears not to have been updated to reflect this change. As a result, the accommodation provided did not match our reservation, which caused significant inconvenience and discomfort during our stay.

The room I was lodged in was so cozy, spanking clean and I had the most relaxing 2 nights Ive had in a long while. David was charming, pleasant and welcoming. He went over and beyond to see to my inquiries and requests. The amenities worked as they should. Just very impressed with everything. Will certainly book here on my next getaway.

I liked that the hotel was within walking distance to restaurants. The staff were nice. I did not like the room. We stayed in room 202. The couch was horrendous. The bathtub had cracks. Wallpaper was coming off the bathroom wall. There was a sock left in the closet area by a previous guest. There was no stove top. For $500 for 3 nights, I was unimpressed.

The hotel was also nearby several restaurants as well as our tournament locations. The hotel staff were also very friendly and professional during our stay. Each person had a smile on their face and didn’t mind assisting with questions or recommendations.

They initially mixed my room and gave us someone else's room. Fortunately it was one my brother booked and he did not mind taking the room after we had already settled down. Then we did not receive the room we booked and paid for and was told the manager had been trying to reach me to let me know a 2 queen bed room was unavailable. I asked when they tried reaching me, I was told "we'll find out" and never heard back. Although I was given a larger room- just more square footage, i still required additional sleeping space for my family as this room was 1 queen and sofa bed and had to request a roll away bed (additional $25/day charge). Room carpets were visibly dirty. When we first entered the bathroom there was a huge cockroch beside the toilet. They offered free breakfast but we did not have any as was very bare bones. Needless to say we won't be staying here on future trips.

Clean Only one towel and even after repeatedly asking for towel - we barely got two more for a family of 4.
