The room waa spacious. Bed waa comfortable. Loved the Location. Enjoyed breakfast Need mote charging options on the left side of the bed.

Breakfast is very good. Room is clean. Bed is ok, not that comfortable and makes noises when turning. Hand soap smells good but referred a pump instead of squeezing bottle.

This hotel is in a great location. It could use a little bit more attention to detail. Upon checking in, there were stains on my wall as well as the ceiling and the bed was a little uncomfortable. The staff were nice and the parking is complementary.

This is a glorified Motel 6. If you want just a place to sleep while here in Dallas, this is the place. It’s as basic as you can get. Don’t count on cuisine breakfasts. Hardly. Coffee was enough to wake me up, but needed to go elsewhere for some. There were 4 and 5 year olds playing on the elevator unsupervised. No one said anything. They were also barefoot in the lobby running around . Maybe they were one of the staff’s children? I don’t think I’ll be staying here again, unless I’m in a pinch.

Overall, my stay at this property in Plano was decent and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff and facilities were fine, but the only major issue I encountered was finding a cockroach in the restroom. Other than that pest issue which is common it Texas so no big deal the rest of the stay was comfortable and hassle-free.

One day, we saw abandoned meal boxes by the elevators on the third floor. We told the lady at the front desk, but the boxes stayed there for more than 24 hours.
