No one at the counter had to wait 10 minutes to find someone Both vending machine were broken had to go across the street to find water After explaining to the front desk they just said it’s too bad Will never go there again

Location was nice, close to restaurants, great water pool/park area. Fridge in our room made a lot of noise when the compressor came on. Ceilings kinda under insulated for noise avoidance. Could hear ever step the person above our room made. Kept us awake for a while and up early in the morning.

Clean place goof location wake sure not really close to the water but ark inside the hotel if you don’t have kids can get pretty loud even at night

My room was clean but outside the hallways there were lot of gym equipment which are broken I think. The pool is for namesake. Apparently only 3 feet and it’s meant for only kids. This place does have businesses attached to it surprisingly. So you can access an outside gym and an arcade from this property. Gym is free for hotel guests but for arcade we need to buy tickets. The one thing that was convenient for me as I was traveling solo for a longtime and needed laundry and it was available onsite. The only glitch is the detergent dispenser. Unless I’m 6’4” I can’t reach it. I used a random chair( you need to be fit a little bit to do laundry here).And my fingers got stuck while pulling the detergent out of the slot. A very old apparatus. I did lose few quarters before I realized how this gadget works. My room wasn’t very conveniently located either. I had a lot of stuff that I needed and my room was somewhere close to the lobby maybe. Lobby has steps to the entrance so the only way you can use bellhop is by the back doors. So it was a trip. Elderly will have issues to access this property. Unless they provide accommodations.

At the time I booked two rooms for my sister and mother. My brother had a heart attack and was in a vegetative state at Plattsburg hospital. Your hotel was perfect for my elderly mother as it was disabled friendly, with railings in the bathroom and a lot of space. My nephews and nieces, who's father was in the coma, came to visit my sister at the hotel and were able to partake in the massive arcade/activity space/laser tag area, as a way to decompress at this stressful time. The breakfast was good and everyone was helpful. NA

It was a very nice place. When the housekeeper came in, she didn’t make the bed but just took the trash and left extra towels. The room was great but no smart TVs. That was disappointing. The restaurants weren’t open late enough. I would stay there again though

Wonderfully equipped hotel. Two improvements I can suggest: A printer in the area with the hotel guest computers, and an upgrade to the in room wi fi network. The connection was disconnected repeatedly, requiring frequent re connects each day.

Conveniently located. Bed was comfortable. The outside door were not locked. You did not need to enter with a key. Staff was not at the desk. Floors were dirty. Locks on room were missing screws. Difficulty logging into internet to use the tv.

Great hotel for kids with the water park and arcades

The pool was clean and warm, however the room was not cleaned well, there were drink rings on surfaces, the fridge was not wiped out and there was dirty spots on the floor and on the soap tray. The beds were not comfortable at all. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good.

This hotel was so fun for my 8 year old who loved the arcade and waterslides. The room keys often stopped working for all 4 adults on the trip. We had to keep going to the main desk. They just need to update the system I think. We wish they offered housekeeping services during our 2 night stay. Bath tub and bathroom door not the cleanest. This hotel could use a bit of extra love (updating and deep clean). Price was good
