All was great!! Clean room great cinnamon rolls and coffee! I am a lawn person, nothing to do with anything else but could have used a lawn mowing!

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Great breakfast. The room was a bit small.

Bathroom had a tight Dow rd toilet with small shower and the you had to leave very small shower room to use sink to shave in the hallway. Smalll bathroom and separate sink in another room. Not good at all.

Easy to book no problems like I had at Fairfield Inn in Plattsburgh Trouble with TV but didn’t ask for help with this issue would have liked a listing of restaurants around the area and instructions in the room about the TV

Clean, excellent location. Nice layout, staff was excellent, Susanna at breakfast overly helpful, stayed at many hotels over the years, Plattsburgh Holiday Inn is one of the best.

The bed horrible, that mattress must probably hasn’t been changed ever, there’s a bump on the center and on the sides you sink in a hole that won’t let your body stay flat, so means the bump is the only part of the mattress that’s still not sunk. Not one usb plug worked I had to buy a regular plug in with adapter to usb to charge my devices.

They had a good selection of breakfast food to choose from and i was please. I had a great time in the pool and gym. This was a great mini vacation de-escalate. looking forward for another weekend get away. There was local restaurants to choose from as well. no command

Checked in fine, but room clearly just had the bed made and that was it. Floor was dirty, bed spread was stained, trash in trash cans, fridge full of food, other items on counters. Called front desk, and they offered to come take out the trash.

When I arrived my room was not ready for 3pm check in. I was able to go to my daughters college and come back a few hours later. When i was in the room, a staff just walked in to ensure room was empty but never knocked. The front desk was apologetic - the room was clean. Staff was helpful

The parking lot for truck No washer or dryer sink was flooded we found other people’s hair in the bed, the towel was soaking wet we ask for more they never replace them.

Great staff and great breakfast (hot cinnamon rolls.. mmm) No Coffee machine in the room, but at least there was free coffee in the lobby 24/7.

Très près de tout pour une escapade shopping. La quantité de bornes électriques est très intéressante et nous assure d’une place de recharge. Le déjeuner est très bien. Nous y retournerons assurément.
