For a quick night at a hotel I’d recommend this place. The room was clean. Staff were very nice. It’s close to town.

The renovation eliminated all dressers, no draws to be found which can be problematic for longer stays. Room was spotless. Staff very helpful. There was a noise at night that resembled a jet engine. Happened about 3-4 times. The refrigerator didn't work. The a/c was very good.

I accidentally booked the wrong date and the guy at the front desk was super helpful at getting everything straightened out from my mistake. The room was very clean and modern. Would stay here again without hesitation. 10 out of 10 all around.

The rooms are small but clean. The shower needs to be replaced. The breakfast options were very limited. If the management can replace the shower heads in the bathroom and provide a better quality breakfast with more options, this could be a five star hotel.

Terrific stay at the Plattsburgh Microtel this weekend. Great service, comfy beds, cool rooms and a better than expected free breakfast! Highly recommend!
