Everything was great. Person at front was very helpful with restaurant recommendation to Texas Road House for dinner.

We’ve stayed in many hotels and I can say Hampton Inn was really great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. It had a nice variety of food. We arrived a little early for check-in but no worries - we just walked across the parking lot to Eldorado restaurant and enjoyed a drink at the bar while we waited. We were traveling with a group of 8 and the lounge area became our gathering and relaxing place. My only knock was the choice of floor tile in the room. It had a design that made the floor look dirty. I actually tried to wipe a spot clean!

Excellent on everything !

clean There was two fire alarms, the second one had water damage. This caused the hotel to close and we were left to find other accommodations with out any assistance. The cost for the two nights that we were there was very expensive. A total of $---.

The hotel was clean. The cleaning lady who worked on my floor. I apologize I didn't get her name but she was really nice and went out her way to help me. She was awesome. The room was clean the facilities were clean. The location was perfect for the reason why my family and I were traveling. I didn't eat the food because I woke up late. But the food station looked good and clean as well. The pool area was a nice added bonus to the hotel my family and I enjoyed that experience as well thebpool area was clean as well. Some of the staff were nice I didnt get any names but one of the guys Justine who was the front line on the defense as one would say in military terms. But he meaning Justin didn't come off so friendly when my family and I arrived. Upon arrival looking to check in first impression is everything especially if your the first face someone sees as entering the hotel. Justine did not greet me as I walked up to the counter. Not a smile or hello and say anything to break the ice. We just had a good Ole fashion stare off amd it was me the customer who had to break the ice and I said , "hello I am looking to check in," and thats when Justine decided to let his guard down a bit and then he assisted me after. But it was also my fiancee who had the same encounter with him as well as another guest were in the pool with but overall Justime made up for that kind of strange encounter being he is at the front counter he might want to in the future change his disposition probably smile and talk and engage with customers before they even get to the counter make people feel welcome. Just some food for thought but Justome made up for it and was nice after that exchange. I brought my son with me who is autistic he loves chocolate chip cookies they didn't have any upon arrival but the next day my son went to grab a cookie and the woman who behind the counter dismissed him and said the cookies are only for arrival guest. I do alot of business at different hotels and I was under the impression the cookies were for the guest. Maybe they do it different at the plattsburg location. I never heard of cookies just being for arrivals the cookies at other hotels I stayed at weree just for the guest arrivals or just people passing by guest that were staying at the hotel it was always a first come first serve necessity.
