La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Plattsburgh

Excellent séjour ! La chambre était parfaitement propre, spacieuse et très confortable. Le personnel s'est montré accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner qui était varié et très bon, ainsi que pour le parking qui est super pratique et sécurisé. Je recommande sans hésiter !

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel definitely has some wear and tear. Our room was nicely upgraded, but housekeeping staff was stretched thin and we had to leave our towels and trash outside the door to be picked up and get fresh towels from the front desk. Saturday night they ran out of towels, and there were no clean ones to be had until housekeeping came in the following morning. Our toilet was plugged and we had to plunge it ourselves due to mo maintenance crew on duty. That being said, all of the staff members we encountered were pleasant and friendly. Perhaps corporate needs to address building maintenance and staffing issues. The location is convenient to many local amenities.

The hotel and room where gross the hotel definitely needs a good cleaning and upgrades .it was definitely not like the la quintas we have stayed at in the past in other states .

There were couple of spiders crawling on the ceiling and towels were not fresh / clean.

Pictures on booking are really not accurate as everything is old and not taken care of.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone.

My stay really bummed me out. I have been staying at this hotel for more than a decade when I come to Plattsburgh. My kids loved the pool and the waffles for breakfast. It used to be great but has gone really downhill over the past few years. The hotel is not being maintained and is falling into disrepair. The rooms are really worn down. Bath tub would not drain. Toilet had trouble flushing. I found that last occupant’s credit card in the room, which tells me that they didn't really clean. Sheets were very thin and had rips in them. They are not even using mattress covers on the beds, which really tells you that that are not taking care of the place. I was super stressed we were going to get bed bugs but it seemed like we dodged that bullet. We stayed for 5 nights and housekeeping never came once. We had to ask for towels at the front desk. I left my full trash can outside the door and they ignored for days. Pool was filthy and hot tub was out of order. Also the laundry was out of order. The location is good and it is pet friendly. I wish they would actually take care of this hotel like they used to, because it used to be pretty good.

Overall ok nothing wow but fine,close to everything.

The staff really was so hospitable! And definitely went out of their way to make sure your visit was as nice as possible

Cependant, plusieurs éléments ont affecté notre expérience. Tout d'abord, la piscine était malheureusement très sale. Nous avons remarqué plusieurs accumulations de saletés à différents endroits, ce qui donnait une impression de manque d'entretien. De façon plus générale, l'immeuble semble également avoir besoin de quelques travaux de rafraîchissement et d'un peu plus d'attention au niveau de l'entretien. Par ailleurs, certains aspects de notre réservation n'avaient visiblement pas été préparés avant notre arrivée. Nous avions indiqué que nous voyagions avec deux adultes, deux enfants ainsi qu'un bébé. L'établissement mentionne offrir des lits pour bébé, mais aucun n'était disponible à notre arrivée. De plus, le divan-lit n'était pas préparé, et il manquait des oreillers ainsi que certains éléments essentiels pour accueillir convenablement quatre personnes. Ces situations ont créé des inconvénients qui auraient facilement pu être évités avec une meilleure préparation des chambres en fonction des informations fournies lors de la réservation.

It was not very clean, there is a musty smell

Could not stay they do not accept chime as a card then they don’t accept cash terrible terrible business practice

The place stunk horribly rugs are disgusting floors were sticky. Cards didn’t work to get in rooms had to go to front desk several times to get them reprogrammed. It was a rough experience

Chambre ZERO insonorisée, jai entendu mes voisins de chambres vivre le party de leur vie toute la nuit. Le spa etait fermé et le café etait vide au dejeuner. Plus jamais!!

Bed were Very bad and Insonorisations very bad when you have door separating 2 rooms

Room was functional & quiet. K. Breakfast was good. Excellent location Mattresses were OK ,but not great
