Booked the hotel for the pool / hot tub for the kids and to keep our wedding party together. Was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were both closed.

Room was very comfortable. Staff were professional and welcoming. Perfect for staying while on the job traveling.

Sadly, not worth the price.

Breakfast was awful. There were no plates. Garbage can was overflowing so we had no place to throw away our trash. Minimal selection. Seemed very disorganized too.
-
The indian guy in the front desk was so racist, put us on the first floor because we were asians and it was our first time there - he was so rude!
-
Quiet and clean. Breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was just ok. Ice machine out of order on our floor.

Very good place to sleep

Room was very nice although a bit dark but still great. The only negative is probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. They fill the buffet treys with premade pre packaged bags. Needless to say they are terrible not even edible.
-
Pool and hot tub advertised, got there and neither were up and running
-
Hot tub doesn’t work, bed is too stiff and pillows are too soft (uncomfortable)

The toilet paper roll had a bunch of dried blood on it. The breakfast was defrosted omelets and sausage biscuits, soggy and still in the plastic bags. The 2nd day we went for breakfast and they had closed it over a half an hour early.
-
Breakfast was grab and go. Would be nice to have a waffle machine
-
There were no keys for the room they had to escort each guest to their rooms every time you left your room and the pool was out of order.

They had a pipe burst flooding the building and so there were a ton of industrial fans running constantly. They’re key pads for room keys weren’t working and so the front desk agent had to let us in and out of the room each time. These were a known issue and wasn’t disclosed at booking until we arrived to check-in. The food was SAD truly. They had that pre made bacon (FAKEON LOL), Premade breakfast sandwiches in plastic served COLD no microwave in the breakfast area so I had to go up to the room to warm them. The bed was decent but for a hotel in PLATTSBURGH in January you’d think there would be a nicer comforter on the bed it’s freezing! The pillows could be upgraded. The whole experience just felt cheap for not a cheap bill!!
