The pool and the buffet dining area were good. It was nice to have a workout gym there, although I did not use it. The room was as expected. While the overall stay was good, there were a few minor facility issues that hopefully will be addressed by management.

This was a last minute stay for us. It Was a wonderful place to stay..had a delicious breakfast with a lot of options ! AC kept room nice and cool, BUT ours was leaking and floor was soaked near it. That's the only reason I'm not giving all 5 stars. Other than that was a great stay ,everything was clean, the pool was a great way to relax and hotel was close to restaurants! There was also a game room to kill some time

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel for a shopping getaway. Despite some negative reviews, I really feel we weren't missing anything during our stay. The location was ideal and in close proximity of the shops, restaurants, and groceries. Although it appears the hotel was a little weathered, it was still very clean, the beds were comfortable, and offered all the amenities. There was a convenient laundry area near the ice dispenser. Also, the pool and game areas were nice and offered things to do. Breakfast was good as well, offered a variety of options, more than plenty for peaole and families on the go. We will definitely stay again! Something to consider would be an outdoor pool area for the summer.

close to highway Breakfast was bad, poor selection, hardly anything out. best part was coffee and a small muffin.

Under the bed, there were cups with drinks, chip bags, and napkins. It was very, very dirty.

Charlotte at the front desk and the good coffee was the best part of our stay. Checkin time is at 3:00 but our room was not ready. We never got check in until 6:00 without any compensation for our troubles. There were 2 other couples who could not get check in because the rooms had not been cleaned yet and there were no clean towels! She called the manager, James Ballard and he would not even come in to help with the problem!!! The room had missing lamp shades, cracked window blinds, and dirty windows. None of the cleaning staff could speak English when I ask for extra coffee for my room. The first day I asked the front desk and they said they didn't have any either. Huge gameroom for the kids but just a way for them to make money. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and the towels are small and rough! Stay somewhere else!!

Ce n'était pas la 1er fois. Depuis un an il y a un laisser aller. La climatisation était bruyante au point qu'on l'a débrancher. La piscine était salle et l'eau brouillée. L'eau de la douche était tiède. Bien que le personnel était courtois et la chambre propre, ce sera la dernière fois qu'on ira à cet endroit.

Stayed for 1 night. Lots of highway noise in the AM that woke me up . The hallways were dirty. The room was clean except the fridge had food leftover from the previous guest. It was a cheap stay so my expectations were not high.

The hotel is truly disgusting, dirty, and run down. We couldn’t get our key card to open the door, so had to keep going to the desk…the last time I told her she was coming up to help, as I wasn’t leaving my granddaughter (With our suitcases) alone to come down again… it was ridiculous. Everything…see above.

It's a normal place to stay.

The hotel is very old, not well maintained, the staff was rarely at reception and often outside smoking. The pool was not clean. The door did not function properly. Definitely won't stay there again.

Room was clean although the fridge was not plugged in. Pool was nice but no access to sit outside. Dining room tables were not clean.

Location, big rooms Flat, uncomfortable pillows. Only 3 pillows came on a king size bed which left one of us sleeping on a pancake. The breakfast was being broken down at 840 when they said it would be open until 9.

Nous avons dû demandé à changer de chambre car elle sentais la cigarette et l’humidité. Les chambres vacantes ont les portes ouvertes et le sole est sale (pansements et cheveux au sol)
