Parking, free breakfast and afternoon wine reception were all greatly appreciated.

We love staying here. It is our 2nd time back. We love the free covered parking. Wine and cheese hour, staff is friendly and helpful. We didnt have a fridge in our room and they brought one in right away. Only feedback I'd have is a later check out. But otherwise its a great quiet hotel.

Daily breakfast buffet and customized egg order were fabulous!! Wine and cheese hour along with available homemade cookies was an appreciated special treat. Kenny was fantastic and had great loyal restaurant recommendations. Our room was on first floor and was a bit noisy in the early morning (4:30 am) .. could hear music being played otherwise, everything was great!

Overall, the property was good. The lighting in the bathroom could be updated and the shower water pressure was a little poor.

The breakfast and happy hour offerings were wonderful. Maintenance of the furniture was not proper. One handle of the drawer under the TV was missing. Second one pulled out. İnside all the drawers were dusty.

The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special.

We wanted to stay somewhere exceptional. The price bracket and the pictures said it all. This was the one. Unfortunately it wasn't. The door to the tv wouldn't even stay open. Booked a balcony, but unfortunately it overlooked the road. Desperately over exaggerated online. It is nowhere near anything, other than the beach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fresh fruit, yogurt and made-to-order eggs at breakfast were an added bonus. The bed was very comfortable. My husband and I were very pleased and would stay here again.

Charming property in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, ideally located for the marina and Santa Monica It did not have a safety deposit box in the room, nor did it offer a safety deposit box facility, which was a big issue for my wife and I and left us carrying around with us all our valuables. We felt vulnerable throughout our stay and in a no win situation.

The room was spotless and offered a beautiful sunset view. While the breakfast was simple, the quality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The only minor downside was a noisy aircon, but since we visited at the end of June, we barely needed to use it anyway.

Loved looking at birds….and the animal life: coyote, squrrels. Easier access into wetland trail; local map of the area needed

I liked the location and the vibe. Super chill with a view of a bit of nature in the middle of LA. Would have liked a refrigerator in our room.

The bad: This is a classic case of "expectation vs. reality"—the bathroom doesn't look anything like the photos online. More importantly, the sheets were absolutely filthy with blood stains. We ended up not sleeping on them because it was simply unhygienic. A nice smile from the staff doesn't make up for dirty bedding, especially when you've already been on a long airplane ride for 15 hours and just want to crash. Absolute letdown
