Worst dirty motel ever

My next door neighbors were actively barbecuing when I arrived, and the gathering continued well into the night. Loud music, conversations, and general noise carried on into the early morning hours. Sleep was nearly impossible. When I heard the music stop, I blared my TV until 5 AM to the Andy Griffith Show. The next morning I overheard my neighbors complaining about my loud TV, which honestly made me chuckle. The room itself was level 9/10 gross (10/10 was in Tijuana, Mexico). The bed was super uncomfortable and both pillows smelled like butter. The only bedding provided was a sheet and an extremely thin blanket. There were no extra blankets available in the room. Your girl was cold af. Overall, the property felt more like a long-term apartment complex than a hotel. The atmosphere was noisy, rundown, and not at all what I expected when booking. Seeing full-size backyard BBQ setups outside all the hotel rooms was certainly memorable. I’ve stayed in a lot of places but haven’t seen anything quite like this.

This place was absolutely disgusting. We checked in and as soon as we walked into our room we checked out and then had to scramble to find a new hotel. There were clearly multiple people who reside here with grills and bikes and chairs outside. Room was dirty. Looked nothing like the pictures online. I’m horrified that hotels.com would even have a property like this available and will be contacting customer service regarding this.

This property felt more like a long-term residence than a traditional traveler hotel. Personal items, bicycles, grills, and coolers were visible throughout the property, and exterior doors were frequently left open. Based on the atmosphere we encountered, my family did not feel comfortable staying at the property. We chose to change hotels so we could have a more peaceful evening and feel secure during our travels.

Room was nice and big . Comfortable beds. But it hadn't been cleaned at all. Dirt and grime in the edges of the walls especially in the restroom. Floor hadn't been swept. They scheduled once a week cleaning but all he did was wipe the one counter table and take out trash no vacuum or cleaning of anything else. Took our towels but never gave us more. Sheets had crumbs and hair in them like they had not been changed. Good price and good area. People nice but the cleanlines can be much better.

The hotel smelled not fresh . Very old and worn

Everything was fine, the only thing I didn't like was that the room smelled strongly of tobacco smoke, but everything else was good.

Had no frudge no microwave no heat Had to use plug in heaters. It was definitely warmer then the other rooms but very dangerous. No compensation was made

Absolutely nothing. This property is false advertising what the rooms and property look like. We didn’t want to stay here because it looks nothing like what the picture shows. It’s a shame that they are allowed to take peoples money and lie about what the property looks like and offers. They know what they’re doing. The property is drastically different. This is why they don’t offer a refund because they know this property is a mess

The air conditioning worked well that’s the only good thing I can say about my stay. Upon arriving at 11:20pm a sign in the lobby stated the lobby is closed from 11-7 even though my reservation paperwork stated that check in was until 11:30. After finding an employee in the parking lot we were able to get into our room. The bed sheets were stained the shower was dirty. The water pressure wasn’t that great along with the hot water. My bother also found a bug crawling in his bed when trying to fall asleep. They refused to allow me to check out early.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!! The Fact that not one staff member was there!!!! Could not check in and as a result had to spend Extra funds for a different hotel to stay at!!!!! I was not the only patron that this happened to. Another guy arrived minutes after i did and had to go else where too.

The office closes at 11pm. We didnt know that and arrived at 1055 after a day of travel so barely got checked in. The stairs and room were filthy and restroom full of mold. Blood on the side of the bed and curtains stained. Paid for a week, left within 30 min. We are out the money but have our health and safety. Checked in at the super 8, very nice Everything

Nothing It was horrible. Would never stay again. I felt my safety was a stake constantly. The bed sheets were stained with period blood or cum. It was filthy everywhere. Smoke detector was broken. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was mold. I was terrified of potential bed bugs or other bugs in the room. The floors were disgusting. Absolutely would never pay again.

I had to book a place across the street.

Now let’s get serious. The bathroom floor in the shower area is disgustingly filthy around the edges by the wall. The base of the toilet was filthy. I used the hair dryer. When I turned it off, one finger touched the back of the dryer. I didn’t realize the covering was broken off and my finger touched the blades of the fan that runs the dryer and took a chunk out of the end of my finger. The next day, we informed the office about the heat. A gentleman came immediately with 2 space heaters. He turned on the heat and it started blowing warm air. ??‍♀️. We would not return to any Value Inn and never recommend it. The filth and disrepair are inexcusable.

We checked in rhe guy was rude.the room need updates badly.soft spots thru out room floor.could be cleaner.the pics do not match hotel or rooms

Location only The room could definitely use a touch up and the guy in the room next to me has been banging his music on and off all day and the staff still hasn’t answered back to me about it
