The only thing my family and I didn't like was the over soft pillows. And maybe a removable shower head so easier to take a shower for disability people

We arrived early due to our schedule. We didn't ask for early check in. Just asked when we could check in. The manager named Connie was rude beyond rude. She was hateful and also wasn't ever at her station. We visited family and came back to check in. Connie was gone by then thank goodness but the manager on duty was sleeping in a chair and we had to wake him up to check in. There was a number to call to check in they had left on the desk. I called that number and the phone on the desk rang in front of me. So if you want a very rude manager and no one at the front desk..... this is your place to stay. If you need customer service you won't get it with a smile or even at all.

Frankly it was terrible experience, we stayed just 1 day. Omg horrible smell everywhere. Elevator is out of service. What should we say ….::

We arrived and walked to the service desk with no one attending. Someone appeared after 2-3 minutes which was no big deal. We were assigned room 201 as we walked to get on the elevator it said out of service. Looking for the stairway we had to wait for the respresentative appear again to tell us how to get to the stairs. Walking up the carpeted stairs we noticed how wore the carpet was and then began seeing the clumps of dirt and other objects. The carpet had not been cleaned in month or moths by the amount of dirt that was there. Unlock our room and open the door and see the bed covers pulled back and not made. The room had not been cleaned from prior occupants. We did not make into the room any further before returning to service desk and again having to wait for someone to appear to help us. We finally received a printout of cancellation with his initals. The reviews had bragged about it's cleanliness is one of the main reason for choosing this place.

First, the elevator does not work. My wife is recovering from a severely broken ankle, and I just had major spinal fusion 6 weeks ago. We had to carry our luggage up to the third floor while using canes. No offer to help from staff. Hotel advertises a spa. There is none. Hallway floors lok like they have not been swepped in months. Even found a sock in a corner of a stairwell. Bathroom room had 3 bottles of hand and body wash, a bottle of hair rinse, but NO shampoo. One of 2 cardboard room keys did not work. If you want fresh towels you have to take them to the front desk for exchange, but remember, no elevator. You'd think they could have house keeping do that until the elevator is fixed. Room carpet was not swept, but the rest of the room was OK. When I asked front desk about spa, they looked at me like I was crazy. There are signs in the hall pointing to a spa, and the pool area actually says limit of 5 in spa. But there is NO spa. I would not recommend this hotel. I've stayed in many BW hotels and have generally been satisfied, but not this place. And perhaps the worst, the toilets are those real low princess style. When I went to sit down, my "stuff" hung in the water!! And no I am not bragging.

The breakfast was so good
-
The property was fairly clean. The elevator didnt work and we were on the 3rd floor so that was pretty inconvenient. Then we stayed at a different Best Western the next day and they told us it hasn't been working for months. Breakfast was very good for being complimentary.

Staff was nice. Room was decent.

Elevator was broken, but otherwise the property was very nice. Staff was kind. The elevator breaking was definitely an unexpected thing and they apologized many times over. Was on the second floor. It wasn’t horrible carrying our luggage up. Stairwell was air-conditioned and not steep.

Good breakfast; easy to access.

Elevator was not working when we checked in. Gentleman that checked us in carried our luggage up to the third floor. That was very thoughtful.

Room was advertised as accessible.it was not. Booking.com falsely claimed it booked a handicap accessible roon. Hot)el only had accessible rooms on the 2nd floor. The elevator see anovewas broken. We stayed one night and left for another hotel. I blame booking.com for this confusion.? Booking. Com should make sure hotel actually have the.advertised room.

The elevator was down so the desk person advised I would be placed on the second floor. When I advised of my disability which prevents me from carrying my luggage to the second floor I was advised that the first floor was reserved for older guests. I then had to provide my travel card that states I am disabled before I was taken seriously. The hotel wasn’t overly busy my trip was during the week. I also told the desk I was in down for a funeral prior to all of this. The room smelled strange as well.

When we arrived, the desk clerk, a young man, did not greet us. Simply walked out of the back room and to the computer. I was the one who had to initiate the interaction. I noticed while standing at the counter there was a note with a phone number to call if no one was at the desk. The note left the impression that you would have to wait for someone to arrive. Seemed a little odd that someone would not be manning the desk at all times. The desk clerk then informed us that the elevator was out of order and that we were on the second floor. For us, it was not an issue, just an inconvenience. During our 2-night stay it was not repaired nor did it seem to ever be worked on. As for our room, it was clean. However both the body soap and shampoo dispensers were completely empty. I went to the desk and was handed 2 new bottles. One shampoo and one hand soap. When I corrected the gal at the desk, she went ahead and got me the body soap but said they were the same product. It was a little difficult to know who the employees were. They all seemed to be wearing rock concert or alcoholic beverage themed t-shirts so they appeared to look more like hotel patrons. The area does not offer much in the way of restaurants unless you want to drive 15 minutes away. Based on our experience we will be choosing a different hotel and area the next time.

The room I was given was right next to the lobby and when I get in the room it looked like someone had already been in there. The toilet was not clean. Before I got settled, the clerk came & told me he could give me a room further from the lobby. It looked like it had been cleaned, but there were wet wash cloths sitting on the 2 soap dishes is the shower like they got interrupted while cleaning or forgot to take them out of the shower when they finished cleaning it.

Pool and elevator down room was clean
