I want my refund money back for aug

The price. The cleanliness. The room smelt of mildew. Hallway carpets were stained. Pool was not anything like advertised. Breakfast was minimal and scarce.

The weather was good the hotel on the 3 rd floor smells like smoke and weed, The re construction was not finished their were patches of wall that they were just painting and not patches where holes were. The bathrooms were small toilets were to close to the vanity to your right arm had to rest on the vanity to sit comfortably to use the facilities

Bed sheets were not washed, dirty toilet seat, bathroom trash can not emptied, lawn not mowed in weeks. Air conditioning was good. Set on 60°. A bit too cold. Front desk person walked in on me moments after checking in with Do Not sign hung up on door knob. No soap at all in room. Just a bottle of shampoo conditioner on the wall by light switch & faucet. Weird.

The room smelled clean but there were definitely spots missed in the cleanup process. The pool didn’t seem clean or functional. I stayed there for a week and my room was never cleaned even after I politely asked.

Nothing To start off what they call breakfast is cereal gross yogurt and toast white toast at that. The whole hotel smelt like pot the smell would seep into our room and we have our toddler with us not something I want him exposed too. My husband witnessed someone smoking meth in the parking lot. Even with a police station across the street I didn't feel safe enough to take my toddler outside with me to walk the dog. When I complained about the drug use while checking out 3days later the guy at the front desk looked at me like he didn't know about it there's no way none of them haven't smelt it. And there indoor pool isn't heated went down to take my kid swimming he stuck his foot in and said no then I put my foot and I understood why he didn't want to get in. So we checked out early and found a place over in o'fallon that costs less has a heated indoor pool no drugs being used and I feel safe and can walk outside at night to walk my dog. Don't stay at the super 8 unless you are ok with subpar service a cold pool and like drugs.

I didn't like anything about my stay It was dirty every where In the building was filthy and ants was all over the place mainly the kitchen area the pool was gross and all the Continental breakfast was old and stale had to switch room due to room being unclean and spiders and ants was in the first room second room was no better and one of the workers forgot I was in the new room and came in while I was getting out the shower I didn't like anything about my stay

In the room there was a roach crawling on the toilet paper. The key card didn't work on the door had to have them reprogram. There was cracks in the bathroom floor. The water made our hair feel dry. The rooms look like they don't get deeply cleaned. One of the rooms refrigerators leaked.
