Super 8 by Wyndham Pontoon Beach IL/St. Louis MO Area

The fact that I had to change sheets before I could put my son the bed. Or we had no TV the first day we were there .. lastly I couldn't take a shower either .. without getting water everywhere. I had no shower curtains. Pool looks like a urine storage . Im glad I'm home . Anyone have recommendations on a place that budget friendly but decent?

The front desk clerk was professional and nice, though clearly being exploited. I’m not sure there was anyone else on duty anywhere in the hotel when I arrived around 8pm. There were roaches on the floor, and the shower didn’t work. The place was grimy overall— air conditioner water on the floor, weird gunk on the windowsill. I won’t be back.

It was a pit! Rooms were not clean. Didn't appear to have been cleaned - ever!

Bed very comfortable The smell in the motel was awful. Window looked like they were cleaned with dirty rag. All windows were hard to look out The minute I walked in the hotel, the strong Oder of smoking was over powering with a musty and disgusting smell, like they were trying to cover up the smell with some kind of cleaner

Let’s start off by saying I’m a trucker and I have extremely low expectations. But this place is an absolute dump. Pillow, shower curtain, and towels all had stains on them. The floors hadn’t been swept in weeks let alone mopped in months. The baseboards looked like they had blood stains on them. The hallway carpets have clearly never been cleaned. But that’s what you’d expect from a hit ran by Indians. Looked like something you find in India. No wonder the best western and Fairfield next door were sold out. Only reason I stayed here is bc it was dog friendly. I needed shower sandals on to just walk around the hotel room, it was that bad. If you’re dirt poor and like in a house with dirt floors than this is the place for you. But you have any sort of self worth, you won’t stay here. I would rather sleep in my semi with the ac broken next time.

The staff were amazing! No remote for tv. Few pieces of trash missed by housekeepers in the room. The smell of week throughout the whole building was insanely strong

I want a refund

Well, the pictures online show different but when we got there, it looked like they was doing the parking lot, which was OK then we got an inside. I had like a little funny smell to it so then we got the keys and got to our room and smell like cat shit cat piss. It was just really strong and it had roaches. They had roaches the smell was very strong the room they gave us. We were just really really nasty. I mean don’t get me wrong in the bed or fixed, but it was roaches crawling around it smell like cat shit cat litter box cat piss they need to get like the one in Troy Illinois.

It was doable, not what I was thinking it would be. Breakfast was just cereal and toast. Juice wasn't good. It needs a lot of improvement. It more like a 2 ⭐. Check out a day early. There was a nice gentleman name David with green 💚 hair very sweet and professional. Like seeing his face when I left for the day. Good job David..

Everything very, very respectful and had no problems. They helped me with every problem that I had and I would recommend it to anybody. D I would’ve liked to went swimming swimming, but I understand the situation

I would like to dispute my mo wy back cuz I never got to stay at the room even tho it was paid for a week in advance. I paid for the room on the 8 of February 159.69 when I arrived at the motel u had forgotten that the room was already paid for but y I u front desk lady failed to explain this to me so I was under the impression that I couldn't get the room. And your employee should have mentioned that to me. Well I left your hotel and didn't stay not one min. In the room I paid 159. Dollars for and I beleave you owe me back that money I didn't like the fact that they new my room was already paid for but failed to let me know that when I was sitting there trying to figure out how I was gonna pay for this reservation I made.

Room stank of cigarette smoke so bad we bought Febreze and used most of it. Had to spray the room each day. Floors were tacky and the floor under the toilet was cracked and the toilet rocked. The building was older and it looked like they had several permanent residents.

Check in was efficient, room was clean & building overall was quiet. Dirty hallways

Location. Wasn’t the cleanest. We stayed Thursday-Sunday and never received clean towels after asking for them more than once. Side doors propped open at night. Window in room was not locked. Pool room side door was wide open to the public. We won’t return.

Location Very dirty carpets were dirty. Walls were stained windows have not been cleaned in years tape on the window, holding the class from falling apart dirty.

Mostly occupied by construction staff, smoking in rooms with windows open. Outdoor trash overflowing. Pool too cold to go in. Continental breakfast had expired food items. Staff were great, Mexican restaurant next door good food
