Yes everything was great

Our room was clean, but the bathroom was something else. The bath tub had hair on the walls, the paint was peeling and bubbling, and the shower spayed all over the place.

Cost was too much for what you received. Staff wasn’t very helpful with information of the area.

Some employees were nice, the original one i checked in with made me pay $50 extra even though i already paid on booking.com. Dirty, pool floor taped and uneven causing my daughter to fall and get cut. The room was nasty and tub was dirty. Hairs on the sheets and pillows on the pull out sofa had stains.

Clean rooms,quiet place..

This hotel is one of the worst stays I’ve experienced. The hotel as a whole was dirty and not maintained. The bathroom was so nasty I wouldn’t even shower. I would not recommend this hotel!

Our room was disgusting l! Severely disappointed. There was thick white powder substance behind all the furniture. When reported to the manager, he offered no compensation! Also, my husband accidentally left his suit case in our room when we checked out. We called immediately when we arrived home. They said, they didn't find any suite case in our room. Which is absolutely absurd!

Stained bedding sheets. Who knows if it was changed or not. Food was okay, I’ve had worse.

After a long day on the road, my wife and I were looking forward to a swim in the pool, but the water was freezing. I stuck my foot in and there was no way I was getting in that cold water.

The room was clean. The staff at the front desk along with the morning kitchen breakfast staff were very nice and helpful.

My family and I checked in at this hotel yesterday January 31st around 4:30pm - 5pm. Upon checking in to our room. We were already hearing loud noises from upstairs. We later on figured that there was a bunch of kids having a party in the room right above us. I’ve seen some of them couple times whenever I go down to the lobby to grab my doordash orders. We tried to be understanding and considerate and let them have fun even though we can barely get any sleep. Not to mention that we just had an exhausting flight from Alaska and this is our first visit in St. Louis because of some military business I need to take care of. Around 9:30 o’clock in the evening, noise became worse as it almost seemed like they were purposely jumping and stomping around. Since they are kids and I wasn’t sure if there was even any adults watching them. I’ve decided to come down and talk to the front desk agent to kindly ask if he can check or call that room to tell them to at least turn it down a little bit because they have been causing disturbances for hours & people are trying to sleep. But instead, the front desk clerk rudely told me to go to their room and tell them MYSELF. While I was there, one of the kids came down to get popcorn. The clerk added “there you go, tell him” and laughed. VERY unprofessional. We had to pack up and leave at 10pm with our toddler. Room is way too outdated + TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After all, we still got charged with FULL amount.
