GREAT PLACE GREAT HELPFUL STAFF ASWELL

Room had roaches try to give me another room why would I take another room?When it's roaches everywhere $120 a night plus a $50 deposit.Why would I pay a deposit for roaches

Property was very clean, towels, linens were clean and comfortable. The property was quiet and the breakfast was great for the price. I would recommend the property for short or long term stay.

It was a cheap stay, it wasnt bad. I wish they have actual comforters. It was a cheap stay. It was clean some place to sleep. The walls were definitely thin. But nobody was allowed so I didn't really bother us. The pool was closed but we didn't mind and we also didn't eat breakfast so we don't know what it was like

no fruit or anything hot.

Room was clean, breakfast was excellent. Staff was wonderful.

Helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Juices, milk, cereal, yogurt. Scrambled Eggs, sausage and tater tots. Parking was plentiful and secure.

This Red Lion is conventient and inexensive. I stay there frequently when I'm working in the area. Having said this, there are some minor issues almost every time I stay. This time, the safty latch on the inside of the room door was busted out and completely missing. Also a pair of socks from a previous guest was left on the shelf above the coat hangers. And, the TV remote didn't work, so no TV at all. For those of you that are big breakfast eaters, this is not the place. The food is decent but minimal variety. However, the staff has always been very friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to accomodate my check-in schedule (sometimes at 3 to 4am. Parking is well lit and the facility is right on the interstate. So, all in all, for my work needs, I'll be coming back.

Building has been refurbished recently and looks great. Great breakfast and the staff was great.

My room was clean with a comfortable bed at a reasonable price. A better option than other similar hotels in the vicinity.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. The bed was comfortable and I loved that it was a platform bed. You coukd eat off the floors it was so clean. I will definitely stay there again. Oh and the decor was very cool.

Great Customer Service

Service was great, room was organized and clean. Room was cool and comfy. Came with a thermostat. Hotel was easy to navigate. They offered breakfast but I missed it. I did get my $50 deposit back. Bathroom had lockable solid door with fan. And room had blackout curtains. Pillow was clean. The room could have used some more outlets and the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty, but I was able to wash with the shampoo.

Hotel kept my deposit with no explanation! We have no pets and the room smelled of animal urine.

The breakfast was okay and the price to have a whirlpool tub in the room wasn't bad. It wasn't clean. Hair in the whirlpooltub and the bathroom. The bedding was like towels and a curtain with only 2 flat pillows. The ceiling looked like it had water damage. The hallway stunk in the morning, maybe it was the breakfast. People were yelling in the hallway in the middle of the night and slamming doors. And the pool doesn't even exist. NO POOL WHICH WAS THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED!
