Breakfast and the delightful GM were the only redeeming qualities. The place was SO NASTY I don’t know where to begin. It appears they haven’t spent a cent on upgrading & improvements EVER! The dishes in the kitchenette were nasty looking. They may have rinsed them off but they certainly weren’t washed. We stayed only one night and our skin was crawling for most of the time we were there. WE WERE VASTLY DISAPPOINTED AND KEPT THINKING SOMEONE AT MARRIOTT SHOULD LOOSE THEIR JOB. We never expected Marriott to endorse this place in ANY WAY. Then we had to call SEVERAL TIMES to get an overcharge for our 2 rooms corrected. I will never make this mistake again I assure you!

Not much, pealing wallpaper and paint. There was a very strong mildew smell. Cabinet door was loose. Very old and needed to be refurbished See above, old stained tub and toilet. Noisy air conditioning

i stayed here last week and it was a cute little room. This room looks the same but its old, tattered and dirty. Missing light fixtures, random tacks all over the ceiling. The rug is torn and frayed in several spots. The sheets appeared to be dusty? Weird. No mattress protection is pretty grosse by todays standards. That was very unpleasant. The ceiling pant is chipping and falling. This is all after i tried 2 sets of entry cards on another room and the door didnt work so i was switched rooms. I probably wont stay here next week when i come back. I killed 2 spiders upon entry--- both in couch which is dirty with crumbs. it was very tattered. Peeling paint on ceilings, overall dusty, torn carpets, missing light fixture. Its just a bit worn out and frankly creepy. Its like someone used it as their own apartment....

We went through 3 rooms in 24 hours. Room 1 oven was so dirty when we switched on smoked up the room and stank incredibly. 2nd and 3rd room plates in cupboards had food stains on!!! So much cobwebs in 3rd bathroom that kids did not want to enter bathroom. They told us 4 times they coming to clean, this was management and 24 hours later we left as no one came to clean room. We stayed in other Mariots while on a month long trip in USA and this was the worst ever experienced as management told me they will sort but just ignored us. Nothing wrong with facility, just dirty

Everything was good. The fact that they charged my girlfriends card twice. And have not returned the 140 and change to her account is bullshit. We have proof that they charged twice. Paid for it on booking.com 140 and change. Then they charged us another 140 and change when we checked in. This is straight bullshit. Don't trust these folks. And they have done nothing to remedy the problem.

Folks at reception desk were also nice and helpful. Great option for a simple road stop. Nothing bad

Definitely needs updated and painted. The bedroom smelled like mold, had obvious ceiling leak stains and the bedspread had stains on it.

Size of room, 2 bed 2 bath No bedding available for sofa sleeper, old musty room smell, damp carpet, terrible breakfast, staff not ready for breakfast, portable air conditioner, slippery tub, sparse kitchenette utensils, cups …

One of three suites rented was updated. No bedding for sofa sleeper, no blankets, sheets or pillows available at lobby desk. Most of the dishes in dishwasher. Room not ready at booking.com posted checkin time. Terrible breakfast.

The breakfast and the lady attending during the stay. There was a tornado and I think all things considered she was the best thing about the stay. The first room we went to didn't seem like the bed had been made...not a good job of making up the beds. Already commented

Staff and kindness No indoor pool. Room was cold at first.

I’d like how the rooms are individual Not connected, kind of look like apartment rooms which is awesome Nothing really

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! Can't think of anything.

I paid for a king bed room w/ fire place and kitchen (which I took the time to research and choose) and when I got to the hotel I was told since I only reserved 1 night I had to go to their sister hotel (Hamptom). I traveled out of state so I had no choice, but I did not get what I paid for, ended up with a basic 2 bed-queen room, no fire place or kitchen. No one called ahead of time to tell me that would be happening when you book 1 night, or else I would have paid for two nights or found somewhere of my choice to stay.
