The front desk girl her name was Vanessa. She was so helpful and sweet. She is amazing at her job. Made us feel right at home. She should get a couple days off with pay. I travele alot and have to say she is one of the most friendliness person. Thank you. I really don't have much I didn't like. Only two, We only had ha d towels and two Face clothes. Had to go down and get them. And the mattress on our bed was sinking in the middle. So it was a little hard to get comfortable. Other than that. We will definitely stay next time we are there.

The Staff was Very Friendly. Manager was nice and helpful. Short Staff. Need more Renovations. Pool needs to be heated and More Seating. Should add a Whirlpool.

The staff was friendly and the beds were comfy. One of the faucets sprayed onto me when I used it, I reported it to the desk staff, hopefully they fix it. And there was a tooth flosser in the corner of the room as well as what looked like maybe a food stain on the wall by the coffee maker. Subpar for sure. There were also people slamming doors and yelling in the halls until 11pm or so.

Clean, price-performance, enough for just staying 1 night. Basically, everything was fulfilled our expectation

Upon arrival, a fellow guest cut the line to state he had been given a room that was already occupied. We finally got to our room only to find the bathroom door was locked from the inside. No one answered the front desk phone so we had to go back down to get someone to unlock it. Later in the evening we turned the TV on to find it had sound and no picture. We called the front desk and this time they answered and said they’d be up. No one ever came… The AC never shut off. So we were left with freezing or muggy. Even with the AC on the floors (laminate, not carpet) felt wet the entire time we were there. Probably the worst stay we’ve had in our 2,500 mile long road trip!

The shower needs to be fixed.

Hotel looks very nice, Bed was broken and had to switch rooms. Continental breakfast wasn't very good, watery juice, not a large selection.

Ok place.

With that said, when we got there the staff was wonderful and cheerful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was meh, but there is a restaurant just down the street that had breakfast sandwiches that were sooooooo good, and they were priced REALLY good. Pool was nice. The area is fantastic. It was 20 minutes from old orchard, funtown, and Portland. Very good price for an inexpensive vacation.

WiFi sucked and I was working and had to go elsewhere for WiFi, couldn’t watch tv due to no WiFi. Pool was cold and dirty. Staff was amazing.

Everything was fine

Disgusting. All my towels had stains on them and when I asked for new ones they also had stains on them. I took a shower walked to the bed and my feet were black like the floor had never been cleaned. You couldn’t pay me to sleep here again.

Location was good if you have a car or are willing to take the transit. Gas station beside is convenient, staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Property maintenance could use some improvement but overall great stay.

It was good Everything was okay

Room I think had been recently redone, so the decor was nice. The only reason that I did not give a slightly higher rating was that we were given an adjoining room (which we did NOT need) and the couple next door were very loud and arguing most of the night so we did not rest well, but this is NOT the fault of the hotel. Bed was comfortable.

We stayed here for 3 nights and there's bed bugs. My daughter got bites. And not accepting early check-in. Also the front desk gave us incorrect time information for the pool and breakfast.
-
Exactly what you need to be able to sleep, shower, and get ready for the day ahead. Price reflects quality which, a great option just 10-15 mins easy drive to downtown Portland.
-
Lost power in hotel…staff was useless…slept in my car…will contest charges..
