The property is in need of repairs. The toilet paper roll was not attached to the wall and the bottom of the vanity was broken.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. The room was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was comfortable, peaceful, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would be delighted to stay here again.

If you are expecting a Holiday Inn Express or something like it be prepared to be disappointed. The place is dirty, smells like urine and is poorly maintained. Breakfast is included and although only fair, it is the highlight of the place. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.

Quiet room, nice bed breakfast was good, but the same everyday. Older hotel, good but needs to be updated.

Many long black hair extensions throughout the room and duvet cover. Bathroom sink had lots of mildew behind the faucet.

I was woken up by a male screaming obscenities and claiming that he was going to kill the person that was on the phone he was talking on. Called the front desk to get assistance and no one answered. This went on for about an hour and really didn’t sleep well afterwards. Told the front desk in the morning about my experience and only got was an “I’m sorry”.

This hotel was way above our expectations. The modern room and bathroom were very clean. The fridge came in handy as well as the coffee maker. Nice little breakfast lounge. We will stay there again next time we are near Portland, ME.

Checked out, was promised refund. Went to nearby hotel that had power. Tried to get refund through Expedia they needed hotel manager's permission to give refund since I had already checked in. Hotel manager won't answer Expedia's phone calls so no refund.

Dirty hotel, unfriendly staff and be careful if you go outside because it’s a sketchy area with a lot homeless people.

My only complaint is the shower curtains don’t shut all the way so water gets everywhere.

We had to have our breakfast in the sitting room because there was no room to eat in the dining area! Everything else was very nice.

You might want to put a sign on the door that says office or entrance or something. The way it looks it's the door for the pool, not the front door to check in. We had to drive around twice before someone told us....

Nous avions une chambre pour handicapés au premier étage, donc très près de l'entrée. Les murs ne sont pas insonorisés et on entendais tous les bruits pendant la nuit. Le ménage était moyen, seulement les draps sont changés et lorsque nous sommes arrivés les nôtres étaient tachés. On voit clairement aussi que la vadrouille n'avait ps été passée dans la chambre. De plus, la piscine de l'hôtel est mal entretenue l'eau était déguelasse. Nous ne sommes pas venus pour cela, donc bon ça nous dérangeait pas vraiment. J'y retournerai quand même, car ce n'était pas cher, mais bien contente d'avoir apporter ma couverture pour ne pas avoir à dormir dans un lit sale!

Everything was fine except there were way too many flies in the room.

The pool was nice. My kids enjoyed it and said the water was a nice temperature, and the breakfast was good.

The beds were top notch! Blackout shades and excellent air conditioning.

Firstt nite was excellent. too cheap to have the light on identifying the place but after two tries with the GPS, did see the smaller sign lit on the building. It is in a tucked way spot. Check in staff pleasant. took a shower next morning, no shampoo soap. Ok, washed with body soap and reported issue to desk. Housekeeping came and installed new bottle. Left for the day and came bck in the evening. Tried key. didnt work, went to desk, no one there. Waited about 15 minutes with sign on desk "Be back". Attendeant arrived, issued new key. Opened door, new towels, bed unmade. OK, whatever. Next morning, took shower and went to breakfast. Staff very pleasant and she was wonderful, helpful. Came back after the day to find no new clean towels, bed unmade.
