Nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour ; l'endroit était proche de tous les services dont nous avions besoin en tant que famille nombreuse.

The hotel itself is okay, overall, but definitely needs some improvements. Very old air conditioning units should be updated, lots of scuffs and scratches on walls, bathroom door sticks and didn't shut tight because it's unlevel with the floor, and the floors were very dirty (socks were black). Otherwise, bed was clean and comfortable, the free continental breakfast was pretty good, and staff were accommodating. The rates are reasonable, but be warned, you get what you pay for.

The staff were polite but not friendly. The room was clean. The carpet on the stairs to the 2nd floor was soiled. The A/C unit in the room was noisy (rattled) but kept the room comfortable. The back of the chair at the desk in the room fell back, so there was no back support when sitting.

La Clim fonctionnait très bien, eau chaude à volonté, lit confo. Chambre viellot. Déjeuner ordinaire mais correct. Check in rapide.

Wasn’t even able to stay here. Arrived to check in and was told all the pet friendly rooms were unavailable despite booking a pet friendly room. Was put instead in a different room that smelled of so much smoke it triggered my asthma. Ended up leaving. Asked if I could be refunded because I wasn’t able to stay. Was told there would be no charge. Was charged in excess of $600 and am awaiting a manager to contact me. Staff rude and unhelpful, hotel was one of the grossest I’ve seen to date.

The hotel is not maintained and not clean. Things are broken and not maintained at all. Overall not recommend at all

Room very clean and inviting. Loved the staff, very friendly and helpful

Black mold in shower. Dirty couch pull out bed. Won’t stay again.

The room was OK. The breakfast was possibly the worst breakfast I ever had for a choice Hotel. There was absolutely no eggs for the three days I stayed. The sausage I would imagine they paid five dollars for 500 of them. Like a mystery meat. There was a French toast that was probably frozen that they thawed out. And the yogurt that was there I never even heard of the brand. It was so off market. It was much more healthier for me to go by breakfast at McDonald’s. And that’s what I did. So you draw your own conclusion.

We attempted to stay here ending out our 2 week vacation to all the states of New England. In all my years. Travels during military and civilian as a health care worker during Covid. I’ve never in my life received such bad treatment. The room was horribly disgusting as soon as you walked into the door, you were hit with the smell of mold and must the room look like it hadn’t been cleaned since his last use as there was dust everywhere we decided to push through and go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies and Lysol the spray through the air conditioner because the state was nonrefundable. After returning from the story, we attempted to take a bath and noticed the water in the bathtub would not drain. I called the front desk and let him know then I waited 20 minutes and wished to water still did not drain. I walked up to the front desk informed him and he told me that he could give me a plunger to try and plunge the tub I told him respectfully I’m sorry, sir. That’s not my job. I asked him to please come to my room to see for himself and wish after some struggles he did. I asked him for a different room in which he did show me another room that was in the same poor condition, but he had to call the owner of the hotel to ask for permission to let me stay there. Some dark door, the owner appeared along with five other people and appeared to be a mob like posse to scare me. Telling me nothing was wrong and just wait for the water to drain. Police where called

It is really hard to find an affordable hotel for two parents with three young adult children, especially when you just need a hotel/motel for 18 hours. I now know that I need to increase my budget, just to ensure the doors to my room actually lock....... The front desk staff is nice, but it doesn't make up for the horrible condition of the property. Busted in doors and locks falling off, gross, dirty bathroom floors and so much caulking around the shower faucet, you know it needs to be replaced. Mold growing on the ceiling above the shower head. Busted springs in the pull out couch, that you can feel them through the mattress and the amount of cigarette butts on the ground in the parking lot, along with drug paraphernalia, has me never booking another stay at this "Quality" Inn again.

Room was filthy—makeup smudges on the walls and hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Everyone around us was also extremely sketchy. When we tried to call the front desk, the phones in the room didn’t work. But the front desk was very kind when we walked in to ask for a clean room, and tried to help switch rooms. We were sort of made to feel like that wasn’t possible but zero chance of staying in a filthy room. Would definitely not stay here again until housekeeping is addressed.

The male receptionist said he would send me the supposed pictures of the "poop" and no such thing has been sent to me. Its very annoying because its my word against his and I have no way to prove that my dog did not do such thing. I always stay at Quality Inns with my dog and have never experienced anything like this before. Let's also mention that the room smelled like cigarettes and we paid for a non-smoking room. additionally, there was bed covers left outside next to our door over night. It looked like they did room service of all the rooms and left the pile outside in the hallway. Horrible experience. Will never stay there again. I do not recommend. I would leave zero stars if that was an option.

It was convenient for our trip. There were extremely strong perfumes/scents used in the property. The carpeting in the room felt like it had a strange film on it and smelled very strongly of lavender.
-
Not a choice for families to stay here.

The hotel needs updated and cleaned thoroughly. The floors were dirt and sticky feeling and the bathrooms were super small and not clean (shower leaked on the floor). The rooms were musty smelling and damp feeling. Doors would not unlock with keycard and had to go to the office twice to get a key to unlock door to get in.
