Fine place for a quick overnight stay. Good breakfast, we didn’t stick around to see the amenities but they looked fine.

Enjoyed breakfast served by friendly staff. We used the pool, hot tub and barbecue during our 5 day stay. The Manor was close to exploring the little coastal villages nearby.

The pool and hot tub were my kids favorite! But the breakfast was phenomenal! We will definitely be back again!

We would stay here again. Staff all friendly except Sun morning asked for late check out. Desk clerk abrupt, perhaps stressed. It was holiday weekend. Breakfast was above average. Pool had floating bugs but the pool/hot tubs were actually really nice. One of two ice machines broken, minor problem.

We have stayed at Merry Manor for years and it has gone downhill. Rooms need to be updated. The pool and hot tub area is over crowded. The hot tub jets weren’t working, water was dirty. Inexpensive option for a winter getaway with a year round outdoor pool, but not my first choice anymore. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Stayed here one night while in Portland. It was exactly what we needed. Rooms were clean, quiet and breakfast was very nice. Hotel was close to historic downtown and the highway. Check-in staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. I will say that the rooms/hallway will need some maintenance soon to keep looking nice. They are starting to look dated and very used, but that would not change my mind about staying here in the future.

Our room was perfect for a one night stop over before heading up to Sebago. The staff were friendly and quick with our check in. Nice heated outdoor pool and the free breakfast was good. We’ll be staying here next year for sure.
