It’s close to the airport The window in our room was broken and didn’t fully shut, there were fruit flies in our room, the area is sketchy with many homeless people wandering around, staff were not very welcoming, the bed was uncomfortable and kind of stinky

Tried to stay at this hotel they kept saying we were booked for wrong night even though our confirmation stated the correct night wouldn't give us refund or let us stay the night we were supposed to. They do not care about the customers or how their hotel looks I travel for a living and have never had this level of rudeness from a hotel staff member that I had from these people.

Staff was very helpful and created a welcoming comfortable environment and vibe. Property location is a bit iffy, but feels like an oasis of safety and comfort within the chaos. Loved the structure and layout of the hotel. Pool and hot tub was absolutely perfect and provided a relaxing touch to finish my busy day out with a smile. Will be staying at this location in the future for sure.
