The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was cooked fresh and provided an excellent variety of food and drink.The staff was very helpful. A manager walked me through the use of the door fob(key).

Convenient.

Clean hotel no any smells the is more important for me because i have alergy so this hotel has great for us thanks for nice service

Room had dirty blankets and sheets with stains. The bathroom sink was clogged and floors looked like they had not been vacuumed. Upon coming to the hotel, the front desk staff was outside smoking.

Quick check in pleasant staff. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

The room was pretty clean. I stayed there in June 2026. The staff was excellent best part of the experience. I did notice that there was no soap and I was running late so that was a little bit hectic but other than that is an excellent place to stay.

A decent hotel to stay at close to the airport. Security is very good here so I appreciated that.

Had to pass through a cloud of cigarette and weed smokers clustered at the door when bringing in our stuff at check in. Okay, whatever. Then when returning from dinner there was a gang of young teens running and shouting through the hotel unsupervised. When my wife told them to go away one of them proceeded to threaten her. When I stepped in between they backed off but threatened to get their dad to assault me. The teens continued to wander the halls. Knocking on doors. Harassing guests now apparently with their parents to back them up. Repeated calls to the front desk took an hour to get any response. They said it would be dealt with. Things went quiet,. Then the teens then stalked us the next morning from our room out to the parking lot where they got their dad to physically threaten us further stating he “didn’t care if he went to jail” and told my dad to “keep filming”. Police finally responded to our 911 call about 20 minutes late. After we had already managed to escape without us or my elderly father being physically assaulted. Lol. The room was also horribly musty, pillows were foam bricks, and the bathtub badly needed regrouting, but who cares about any of that considering everything else? I’ve never said this about a hotel before, but don’t stay here unless armed.

It was nice. It was comfortable. It was clean. Breakfast buffet was good and included in the price My room had a strange odor. I thought it was cigarette smoke. I went out talked to the staff, but they said it’s a non-smoking property. I Opened the window and that got rid of most of the smell.

This is a scary location. Homeless everywhere, airing their arguments out in the streets, outside our room window. Wouldn't stay here again. It's old and shows everywhere.

Very nice accommodations for extremely fair price. Pool way too COLD! Hot tub way too HOT! Plz fix!!!

I couldn't figure out the blackout curtains. Maybe add a safe? Otherwise it was perfect

Airport pick up was slow but there was an accident on the highway used to get to the airport. Once we got to the hotel, it was fine. A room key is needed to enter the lobby of the hotel and all doors, otherwise they can release the lock on the door through a buzzer.

Location was perfect for us getting to the airport. Drapes, curtains did not keep all of the outside light out of the room. The air conditioner made very loud noises when it came on. The noise level from the outside also made it hard to sleep.
