Very nice stay - quiet location, used the shuttle from and to the airport. We arrived at midnight and the lady checked us in with the smile, very welcoming, was very nice to see she cared. Breakfast basic, good yogurts, the pancakes are very good, but machine is very slow. I would stay again for sure and recommend it to everybody.

Helpful staff

Accidentally booked the wrong day. Tried to contact them to get it sorted out and they never responded.
-
Horrible! Stay elsewhere

I loved the pancake machine! Everything was great, including the prompt availability of the shuttle to and from the airport.

The hotel feels a bit rundown, not as well cared for as I'm used to. The bathroom door in our room had a hole in it and was cracked all the way across the center, like someone had kicked it and the hotel staff decided not to replace it. The bathroom walls needed a bit of a wash down too. The sheets were very thin, only 1 bar of soap on the sink but there was body wash and a shampoo/conditioner combo in the shower. The room smelled funny too, not terrible but not fresh either. We kept the window open all night for some fresh air. Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in but I wouldn't stay here again.

I stay in hotels/motels approx 200 nights/yr. This place reminded me of hole in the walls I stayed in during the 80s/90s. All furniture etc dated and surfaces sticky/dirty. Room had an odor of wet dog. Front desk was short and not helpful.. parking for 7 days was expensive.. breakfast was the worst I’ve experienced in years. Shuttle service was good going to PDX but horrible upon return.. My advice would be to spend the extra money and upgrade to somewhere else. I will not stay here again. Thanks

For breakfast, only one pancake machine available, which would lead to long waiting time if there are many people.
-
Location is great, close to the airport and easy access to freeways and main roads
-
Nothing It’s dirty, outdated , staff is dry. Breakfast was a lie.
-
Food still in refrigerator AC had no air filter, was afraid to use it. Sheets were dirty on one side of one bed. Parking was an issue.
-
The ac unit was broken, the blinds were broken, and the room had some humidity smell.

Staff was rude. Front desk clerk was not helpful and when trying to check in car was told clerk was sick and wanted to go home and hopefully you can find a spot. We prepaid. Tried to check in hotel key with no front desk clerk. Went downstairs and found a lady making breakfast and I politely asked if I could give her the key she acted as if I was a problem and told me she had to make breakfast in an angry voice. I usually don't give bad reviews but the customer service was absolutely horrible.
-
They had this cool little pancake maker in the breakfast room. Like a conveyor belt for pancakes! We loved it. We were only staying for an overnight layover so it was great with free shuttle pick up and drop off!
-
Very efficient and welcoming staff.
-
The room needs updated lighting very dark in the room. Basic hotel but clean and has a breakfast. Convenient to airport.
-
Clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Breakfast didn’t have any protein. Only options were yogurt, cereal bar, or mini pancakes. Coffee was fire though.
-
Shuttle was disappointing. Our flight did not arrive until 2am ( should have been 11pm). When we got our bag and called for a ride, we were told there is no shuttle from 2-4am. No cabs were left in the queue and we waited another hour for a Lyft to the hotel. I had written when our flight was delayed and no mention was made of limited hours. It made a long, horrible travel day even worse.

Wish they had more close parking Handi cap parking not enough
