Iam still waiting for mines. Other than that the rooms are humongous, clean and very upto date when it comes to modern features. Iam not saying it's on the more affordable side though. For me,I think we could lower the prices for the rooms.

There was a dead bug on the end table next to the kitchenette counter and our shower water was not hot at all it was barely warm and when we called front desk and asked about it they said there's nothing they could do about it.

Construction. Having a room against the stairs with not one but two doors that slammed constantly. The disgusting stairwell and the gross room. The manager walked with me and saw the problems.

Location!! Jawfish restaurant for food It is in middle of renovation so it was noisy ,parking sucks
-
Ice makers not working but I'm sure they will fix
-
I don’t like it at all Was so dirty from the lobby all the way up to the 3rd floor
-
The price No one warned us that there was so much construction and that the rooms were run down and a dirty looking. Additionally the website had a different expectation of pets than reality.

Location is near PDX, great for arriving from a late night flight to stay some place close because I’m exhausted from traveling all day. It’s under construction, converting to a Hyatt. Front entrance not operable, insufficient signage where lobby is. Had to find someone to ask- parking lot security guard (prying his young eyes away from his phone and encouraging to speak loud and clear because I’m half deaf) gave instructions to find temporary lobby door. Lobby clerk pleasant. Drywall dust and debris everywhere. Haven’t vacuumed hallways in weeks, luggage wheels getting stuck in construction debris in hallways. Room ok. Smelled ok. Clean. Outdated but I’m not concerned about that. Bed comfortable and clean. Shower and bathroom clean.

I booked this because it was close to the airport. The lobby is undergoing construction. We were directed by two unhoused individuals to enter through a dark walkway into a conference room. The carpet was filthy and a set of fire-exit doors were jammed shut.

Nothing I booked this hotel for my boyfriend as he had to say in Portland a little while longer because of a storm back home and the photos and reviews is what gave the green light, the hotel lobby is not what is shared as a seen and there seems to be no pool. My boyfriends stay has involved being moved through three different rooms. Most distressingly, in his room he discovered blood on the wall and drug paraphernalia, including needle caps and a syringe, inside the couch. It appears the cushions had been used for medical or drug-related purposes, which is a major health and safety hazard. All the rooms also shared unpleasant odors of urination and feces. While he had been moved to another room, he no longer felt comfortable or safe. The presence of unsecured construction areas throughout the hotel, combined with the biohazards found in his previous room, had left him unable to even use the furniture or sleep comfortably; and had to sleeping in his clothes. Besides this nightmare of a stay, the staff were pleasant in trying their best to accommodate, but this hotel needs to be closed while renovations are being completed, and rooms need to be thoroughly checked top to bottom for cleanliness and safety ESPICALLY after a customers stay. We are expected a FULL refund

Upon check in the front desk lady put us in a room that she had a specific note not to use that room what ever ,had to ask for a new room once got that then ordered a pac and play which was never delivered other tenant for so loud having sex that it woke up my husband,I and our one year old they were two floors under us I’ve stayed before but by fair the worst experience I’ve ever had
-
Room was large and offered a lot of space to work and organize. Hotel was under renovation, but staff was helpful.
-
Huge room, for the price. Very clean and comfortable.
-
Size of room was good - almost like a 1 bedroom studio NO Pool / NO Gym / NO Laundry / NO Ice Machines. Flea Infested Was under construction with no barriers or vents and hallways full of dust. Only allows a 7 day stay due to heavy homeless population, very strict policy
-
So much space in the room! Clean and comfortable.
-
Hotel in renovation, they did not bother to inform us. No signs to indicate new entrance location, good luck finding it. We had to walk endless distances to get to our hotel room on the third floor. And, of course, the keys they had programmed failed twice (in 2 days), necessitating multiple trips back and forth to the temporary lobby. Construction workers hijacking the single working elevator, took us forever to checkout with luggage during daytime because ot that. Otherwise, great experience. D-

Location The room was good, but it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel construction. The hallways disabilities were covered with debris and construction dust.
-
Spacious for the rate All amenities were out of order due to reconstruction going on. No laundry, pool, gym or ice machines.
-
Nothing Dirty no laundry in the facility and construction activity being ongoing during my residency
