Hyatt House Portland Airport

I want to thank the staff especially one young man who was working the desk when we checked in. I am sorry I cannot remember his name but he was so helpful when my daughter passed out 3 times in the lobby he acted quickly in getting us a ambulance and checking her pulse when she collapsed the 3rd time. It was a very scary situation for everyone but he was so helpful. He will know who he is so if he hears this please let him know how grateful we are for his help and concern that night. The beds were very comfy to crawl into after being in the hospital most of the night

The room and stay was amazing. They accommodated us very well and I love that they are pet friendly too. I will def stay there again.

Although there was construction the place was clean and staff was great

Beautiful I'll Recomend it the staff are real nice there breakfast are top notch

.

Hairs in shower and on bed

O café da manhã sentimos falta de frutas ..

Turn the shower faucet all the way hot and the water never got warm. I had to take a cold shower.

Everyone, from front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, etc. they were all very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was pretty satisfying. 10/10 would highly recommend.

The rooms were very clean and very spacious. The staff was super friendly. The free airport shuttle was one of the main reasons we stayed at this location as well as the proximity to the Cascade Train Station which gives you access to downtown Portland.

The WiFi and the Tv didn’t work for two days I was there

Hotel is still under construction. Rooms smelled heavy of paint.

The staff was amazing! Specifically Holly and Danielle. The hotel was super clean, the rooms are large and the breakfast was good. Our dinner at Jawfish was the best food we had while in Portland. The experience 10/10

Room was very clean and fresh. Delicious breakfast . New hotel.

Very nice renovation hotel is clean and new.

Pet friendly, clean and accommodating!

Highly recommend! great staff! Ada accessible

Iam still waiting for mines. Other than that the rooms are humongous, clean and very upto date when it comes to modern features. Iam not saying it's on the more affordable side though. For me,I think we could lower the prices for the rooms.

There was a dead bug on the end table next to the kitchenette counter and our shower water was not hot at all it was barely warm and when we called front desk and asked about it they said there's nothing they could do about it.

Construction. Having a room against the stairs with not one but two doors that slammed constantly. The disgusting stairwell and the gross room. The manager walked with me and saw the problems.
