The pillows were terribly soft and we both had aching necks by morning and neither of us had a good night’s sleep. This particular stay was disappointing.

Our 5 day stay was great front desk was very helpful, nice, and fast. The bar/restaurant in the main floor was great. Food was very delicious and the waiter was very nice. Would definitely stay here again if I visit again!

A woman working at The Bistro on 9/20 around 6pm was awful. We came in excited from football and my boyfriend's birthday. She barely looked at us.We chatted with an older couple while we waited. She didn't acknowledge us for about 15 minutes and we left.

We stayed in this hotel for a night after arriving and again before our flight home. It is very clean and well maintained. I heard absolutely no noise from surrounding rooms or from outside. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. The airport is close.

Disgusting hotel looks like a motel in the inside the pictures are deceiving. Had bugs in the bed stuff floating up from the shower when you turn the water on. Was told there was nothing they can do for me. Can’t change my room can’t help because they don’t have managers on the weekend which is crazy. They have all types of hidden fees $10 parking fee even though you’re literally residing there by the time that you check out, you’re about $200 $300 more than what you anticipated through Expedia. DO NOT BOOK !!!

Hotel charge credit card on file over & over although room was paid for already. General Manager & customer service manager don’t return calls. A front desk clerk was rude and started laughing for no reason. Weird.
