Best Western Plus Portland Airport Hotel & Suites

Location of the property is convenient, free parking and breakfast. Decor is good as well.

Location was was great for the airport and pick up was appreciated. Staff was very personable and informative. Breakfast was tasty. Shower was hard to operate.

The check in staff member was excellent (sorry cannot remember his name). The room was excellent, clean, comfortable, new. breakfast was typical - nothing special but adequate.

One of the nicer airport motels, Only complaint is that the AC turns off rather than the fan continuing

The facility was well maintained, inside and outside. The parking lot was well lit and had many stalls available. The lobby, breakfast area and room/bathroom were clean. The interior was bright and updated. The room was quiet from outside noise and noise from the hallway.

This hotel feels like a home away from home. Clean and welcoming like any other Best Western, and a convenient location for enjoying Portland without needing to stay in the city. Always enjoy my stays here except I recommend bringing your own toiletries because my hair and skin doesn't take kindly to their brand of shower products.

Was a very nice stay

The room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of pillows, which were also comfortable. The parking and convenience to the airport was a plus. We enjoyed our short stay.

This is a nice property and I have stayed before. On this trip through Portland I chose this hotel over another and paid extra because they have an EV charger. I really needed to recharge overnight so that I could be on my way quickly in the morning. Unfortunately as I pulled in to the parking I saw that the charger is out of order. A shrug from the employees when I asked about it. I understand things sometimes happen but this has clearly been out of order for some time- it was not an unexpected error that happened that day. I would have stayed elsewhere and paid less if I knew this amenity was not available. If you have an EV you know that refilling can take 2-3 hours even at the fast chargers. Thus I was delayed several hours the next day. Not the end of the world but as I said I chose to pay extra for this amenity. Disappointing.

Now this hotel I will give it a 8.5 they was very helpful when I checked in I went to my room the door I had a red light on it went down and told front desk he put me in another room next door to it he was very helpful didn't take any time it was quiet there the TV was big and nice I had the sweet me and my man loved it you don't hear too much traffic even though it's close to the airport you still don't hear no planes the pillows are big and soft and comfortable the bed was very comfortable bathroom if you are a plus size person too small other than that everything was good in my book

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was not good.
