Clean enough, run down, and overrun with children. Would have appreciated 21+, quiet pool hours later in the evening.

First after checking in I go to my room only to find the maid still cleaning it. The front desk was apologetic but I had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be ready. Then I get woke up at 10am by a maid knocking and walking in! Check out is not until 11! When I talked to the front desk the person working said 'Well there are a lot of rooms to clean, they're just getting an early start. You must not have put your do not disturb on the door. What????? I shouldn't have to do that as CHECK OUT IS NOT UNTIL 11!!!!

Some of the furniture is a bit worn. Breakfast area is too small, but the selection was better than at other Comfort locations. The hallways had a strong smoke smell. Fine for a quick night before flying out, but not a place to stay longer.

I chose to stay here based on reviews. It did not measure up to what I read. My first priority is cleanliness/things are fixed. The lobby, elevator, and hallways were not the best. Room furniture, bathroom corners had chips/tears. At checkout, the lady at the desk would not give me a receipt. She said that was up to Expedia to do. I asked her if that was the case, why did she demand a credit card at check in for “incidentals”? She said for incidentals. I told her I wanted a receipt then to show nothing was charged since I don’t drink, smoke, do drugs, did not have a party, nor bring my pet in (I did not have a pet with me). She said she’s not allowed to give me a receipt. I told her I was not leaving until she printed me a receipt showing charges or no charges beyond my room and tax. I’ve never been met with this kind of response and resistance. She finally printed a receipt and went on to say the charges I will see are different from what I paid Expedia. I travelled 2000 miles for this nonsense. Won’t stay here again.

This was perfectly fine for an airport hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. When their airport shuttle driver didn't show up for work the morning I needed to go to the airport they booked me an Uber at no cost to me, so that was nice. Would definitely stay here again.
