Very helpful staff

The restaurant was closed, we chose this hotel because of the restaurant, very disappointing.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hallways were wide and spacious, making it easy to walk with luggage. The room was well equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, complimentary bottled water, TV, work desk and chair, hair dryer, and iron with an ironing board. The bed was very comfortable, and the room lighting created a relaxing atmosphere. I especially liked the chair by the window because it was a nice place to relax and make videos. The bathroom was very clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other toiletries. The door lock system made me feel safe, and the hotel’s location close to the airport was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool. I also tried to use the fitness room, but it was locked during my stay. If it was temporarily closed, it would be helpful to let guests know.

Booked suite was not available on check-in due to "all suites having been unexpectedly painted that day", despite reserving months ago. No communication about this ahead of time or even on check-in, only addressed after coming back down to the front desk on noticing the room assigned was not a suite. Only compensation was a day of free breakfast. Hotel employees repeatedly attempted enter room when occupied without knocking. Key-cards inactivated both when trying to transfer to suite once it was available (it did smell like wet paint), and again randomly the day before checkout. Doesn't seem like communication between staff is working very well.

Clean room with nice amenities, appreciate they are environmental friendly. Easy to park, safe and convenient. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Very comfortable beds and the location is great and it was very quiet and relaxing. I wish there would have been a pool and a hot tub maybe a sauna

i prepaid the breakfast. But then I was not told the main menu is not included. Really a terrible idea to prepay

I inadvertently made a reservation for 1 night, & then realized we would have to drive to pendleton in the dark. So immediately made another reservation for 2 nights-& requested the 1- nighter be canceled. Got to the hotel & found it WASN'T canceled! So I am paying for 3 nights, not 2. Mary Ann at the front desk said she try & see what she could do- no promises. Got back to Pendleton, opened phone to message that, indeed the one night was canceled! Thank you to all who were involved, especially Mary Ann What's not to like? New upgrade to room, very comfortable bed, fan in bathroom, fridge in room, microwave, coffee maker. I have stayed at this hotel several times with some of these amenities already, but new chairs, carpet, paint.

Noisy (could hear others from other rooms). Didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood.

The room was clean and the staff was really nice. We kept our vehicle there for the week we were gone for $10 a night and we had zero issues. Would gladly stay there again.
