Homewood Suites by Hilton Portland Airport

We travelled here for a short weekend trip with the family. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is also so close to the airport with plenty of parking

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and kind/patient with requests. Breakfast was well stocked and maintained.

The hotel was great. It was well kept and clean. The only down side was the breakfast they did not have much selection when served or even good selections for the price of your stay. One day they completely did not have nothing ready and breakfast was not available. Safe comfortable stay but breakfast could use an upgrade.

2 small washing machines and one was broken.

The staff was great, breakfast was decent but there were inoperable toasters that made the wait long. The pool was very cold so I don’t know that I would agree that it is comfortable for year round use. Our room had a very loud refrigerator that was impossible to ignore. The room was clean and stocked as described.

But what a perfect hotel for traveling teams! The outdoor area is the best I've seen for large groups. 3 grills built into the brick pavilion, large yard to run around and it's completely fenced. Indoor pool. I wish we had a place like this when we were traveling with our son's sports teams.

The kitchen counter and stove top could of been wiped cleaner, there were also a few dirty dishes in the cupboard put up. The pool was freezing, like freezing freezing. Waffles are only served on Saturday and Sundays. Besides that, rooms were nice.

Was only there for one night; however, the room was very clean and accommodating. Front desk allowed me to check in an hour early which was very helpful.

This was a great stay for our family! Very close to the airport and the room was perfect for our large family.

Exceptional

Breakfast workers didn't do a very good job of keeping everything supplied - ran out of bacon with more than a half hour to go of the breakfast period. Also, one side of the toaster didn't work. Also, no orange juice on one of the days and the other juices were almost empty, again with 30-45 minutes to go yet in the serving period. Overall, breakfast needs some work.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful! Buffet was yummy and rooms were clean and comfy. Great place to stay with a large family.

It’s really clean and tidy Nothing wrong with the property it was just really expensive even for being a really nice room. It’s not that great of an area that it should cost a fortune

Room was a great size for our family of four. Glad there were two bathrooms. Clean room and the staff were friendly! Great location to the airport.
