Rooms were very clean

Great room very clean

The gym was pretty mediocre and definitely looked like an area that hasn’t had much money or attention put into it. The pool has also seen better days and could use some updating. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, the service was a highlight, but the room layout and some of the amenities were disappointing.

My family’s flight was early morning, we got a call about 11:30pm letting us know they could not accommodate the vehicle and I was needing to find another place with only 4 1/2 hours notice before my flight. No one got rest and it was a complete waste of money to rent a room. It would have been one thing if I had been told this when I booked the room or even at check-in, giving me time to find a place and be able to get some sleep. I will never stay here again. The lack of communication and short notice is completely unacceptable.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, safe area, and restaurant available in area.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, decent breakfast, sheets could be improved, mattresses could be improved, but all in all a great stay. The room is very very spacious.

The overall hotel was great. Food was ok, rooms were clean . And for the price I feel like it was great. The staff was amazing other than the last night there, unfortunately the older African American lady the night before we left had a rude attitude where it felt she couldn’t be bothered. I asked a question and she was very condescending, and after realizing her mistake she just laughed and changed her attitude which was completely unnecessary. But besides that everyone else was so nice and hospitable.

Elevator broken and the toilet was flushing slow. Bath tub was caved in so water didn't drain all the way. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Gym was good and well maintained. Kai was very informative and helpful.

Very accessible to every place

This hotel is in a great location, very clean, staff was friendly, check in was quick, and the breakfast was really good. If I had to find something wrong, the pool was a little cool, but I like warm pools. Highly recommend!

One of two rooms had no service, told front desk, was told they service room ever other day. This is BS, neither this was inform nor it was so for the other room.
