The room was okay, kinda outdated. The room was outdated, the staff was rude. Breakfast was absolutely DISGUSTING, we didn't even eat. It was filthy in there, the options were stale bread and old gravy, no thanks. The Staff was unhelpful, I asked to call for the airport shuttle four times before the guy called the driver. I almost missed my flight due to lazy staff. Won't stay again if I come through Portland. I guess sometimes you get what you pay for

Very nice staff I wanted arly check in in the morning and they said they didn't do it I came at 2 pm and told them that and they said someone mistakingly gave me mis information I thought she was gunna get me in but still charged me the full price of early check in for only a hr early check in

Quiet Weirdly the building shook like there was an earthquake. It only happened three time

Shortly before check in time this person went outside and spoke to a person parked in a car on the street for 5+ minutes obviously a personal conversation. When she came back in the phone rang and it was a customer that they could not find the reservation for. Two other people joined the front desk person and had a "trouble-shooting" discussion right at the front desk while 3 other parties joined the line waiting to check in. After a 5 minute discussion, one of the 3 persons started to check people in. There was no acknowledgement of any of the people waiting to check in during this whole process. Other than this, the hotel was great. Pool area nice. Gym well equipped. Breakfast room well stocked and good variety. Room very comfortable. The front desk staff - the one lady in particular was quite frankly a sour puss. Get her some customer service training please.

There was "water leaking like sound" in the bathroom (inside the wall, behind toilet) throughout. Otherwise it was okay for one night stay.

A quick overnight for an early airport trip- The airport shuttle was 5 stars! They were ready for us at 4am. We LOVED Brooklyn at the front desk- wow! So kind, bright and helpful. After a few rooms were not in the best shape, Brooklyn got us into a more updated room (225) and we had a good rest. The hotel is def in need of updating, so if you're expecting nicer than a super 8 style- just spend a bit more nearby!

Everything great except missing phone in the room (which they offered to replace).

Every staff member was excellent and helpful which made up for the tired worn-out dog-eared property

They have amazing staff and the room was cleaner than I expected. I also appreciate that they have a hotel shuttle.

It has been a very hard ordeal trying to get back the $20 they charged me for parking when I do not own one or use cars. I've had to go to my financial institution to get any help. The workers at this motel just straight lie to you. No telling how many people they have scammed because many people won't go to all the trouble I have to prevent them from stealing.

Basic but clean. Noticed some damage to my bathroom door. Purely cosmetic. Otherwise a nice stay and quiet. Broken bathroom door

I was given a room by the elevator & on the airport side, so it was not a quiet evening! The alarm clock went off at 5am & I didn’t want to wake until 9am. On check out I requested to have my $15 parking fee to be removed because of my not so great experience. That was denied.
