La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Portland Airport

Room was outdated with stains on the carpet. Bathroom had no bath towels and when we asked for more were only able to get one! Four people in the room. Pool and hot tub both need cleaning. Waited ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk so I could check out and finally just left. I would not stay here again.

First glance and it looked fine but the closer you got to looking at the room it was very apparent that this hotel needs some upkeep done on it. An electrical outlet that the air conditioner was plugged into was broken half so it had wires exposed. I thought it was over priced. However all the staff members I interacted with were super nice, so at least they have that going for them.

Would not recommend. Not clean, dirty walls, floors and stained upholstery. Spent 3 nights and they never emptied trash or replenished towels, coffee, toilet paper etc. Had to go to front desk to request. Breakfast was Biscuits and Gravy or waffles every day. Very little seating. I would not recommend

I just wouldn't stay again

Horrible. Sprung parking charges and advertised as free. Refused to honor it and no eggs for breakfast heard the manager doesnt want 3 hot items so biscuits grave only no eggs and horrible service

It also seemed like management just changed a few days before we stayed. It looked like maybe they were getting ready for some renovations. (Which would be awesome as it just seemed like a run down and old hotel.) It was a close shot to the airport where we met a few of our fellow travelers and to Multnomah Falls which was our primary reason for stopping in Portland on our two week PNW road trip.

The only good thing is the free shuttle ride to the airport. The hotel is run down and the room was a bit dusty, dirty carpet and horrible breakfast. The pool and hot tub didn’t look so clean.

Was good for 1 night stay for my family . We liked the spacious room .

Great and simple stay, with excellent courtesy airport shuttle service.

The front desk was amazing however when I checked out a 75 dollar charge went to .my card and I was told there were damages which I know for a 💯 that there wasn't . When I asked what they were the evening lady didn't know. I will be checking into this further since I'm 100 percent positive nothing in .that room was damaged

This place is completely adequate for what we needed. It was one of the only places near the airport that could accomodate 5 or 6 people in one room. The facilities are pretty run down, but they are very clean. The towels were soft and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was not great, but we weren't expecting 5 start service for the value price. The room had an bad smell, but after opening the window for several minutes it improved. This place will get the job done when you need to crash for a night near the airport. Not too bad, not too great.

Arrived at hotel after making reservations the week before. Was told that effective the day i arrived that parking was going to cost $10 each day without advanced notice. And that pool hours were shortening. Breakfast had cooked eggs and sausage, but they were cold. No extra blankets in the room so went to front desk to ask for a blanket. Front desk was inhospitable and eventually came back with a make do bedspread. No offer to have it sent up to room. Had a person that was not feeling well and needed to wait until 12:30 as the car was being repaired. Asked for a late checkout (am a member if hotel group). Told it would be extra $25. That was ok but mentioned that I may be as late as 1:00pm. They then wanted another $12.50 for each 30 minutes . The hotel was less than 1/2 full. Had do not disturb sign on door and maid wanted in before 7:30 am. Overall, room was ok but customer service was wanting.

Nothing was what it was supposed to be… But the staff that was on was very kind and helpful.

Old and dirty

Brooklyn was very friendly & welcoming! Amenities are great. Only thing I didn't like is the breakfast was cut off before 9am. No silverware was out, plates taken away by 840pm. We were told breakfast was till 9am. We came down at 840am. No much was left out. Coffee tastes watered down drastically. Very sad about that service.
