Hotel was clean, and there was plenty of parking. Hot tub did not work, and room could be improved. The beds were hard, the A/C made weird noises and wallpaper was peeling off on the bathroom. Ok for one night, but definitely not coming back.

The room was very clean spacious had everything we needed it was a very pleasant surprise.

Rooms where not properly cleaned. We found adult toys in the beds.

The location is perfect. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet with good amenities. The afternoon/evening desk clerk was less than helpful. Barely spoke and seemed remote. The weekend person overseeing the contentinal breakfast allowed coffee, waffles, and other staples to run out 30-45 minutes before breakfast ended. I believe in supporting family, but the family has to support you back. Some staff a re great while others require some attention by the owner/management. Physically, the property needs s ome attention. It is showing some signs of wear and tear. The plumbing is a crap shoot depending on the room choice. The property has noticeably gone downhill over the past couple of years.

And I don’t know where the positive takes on the breakfast buffet came from but it certainly didn’t live up to the reviews. There was your typical bread, cereal, eggs, etc. But where was the fruit? All I ask are some basics like oranges, apples, bananas to balance out the processed foods. Is it too much to ask? Not returning here. Giving two stars for any category is being generous. Venue not recommended.

Just get something other than the cheapest mattress and it’s 10/10.

The indoor pool was cool and the jacuzzi was out of service, and the breakfast was only so so.

Not enough towels for 2 people and the ones there were tiny and scratchy. Breakfast was almost gone when we got there at 8:30- one piece of bread left plus some cereal and the waffle maker.

The rooms were not the cleanest neither was the entire building. I also found a roach in the bathroom. The only thing good about the stay was the breakfast and the breakfast staff

This is an very good place to stay at this price point. Ample parking, convenient to highways, breakfast unusually good with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc. Our room was quiet with a king bed and a bed/couch. A second elevator would've been nice for a hotel with this many rooms.
