Do not stay here. its not clean and the room we received and it suppose to be clean we found a socks left from previous stay and all the sheet was so nasty. The breakfast is worst too they didn't have anything in the cupcake was only two and same one left for the next day. do not put any penny in this place .

the room was clean but either the shower, sink or toilet was leaking (i thought maybe our swim clothes leaked on the floor but it happened again when we didn’t swim). Sorry for not letting you know but it was ro 315 and got my pants all wet. i was super disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working. it was one of the reasons i booked with you. there was also an issue at breakfast where one of the guests was arguing with the lady preparing the continental breakfast and was making my son and i very uncomfortable. my son went back to our room and i was waiting on a waffle for my daughter . got stuck with the man at the elevator so i ended up taking the stairs to our 3rd floor room to avoid him. he was grumbling under his breath that he was going to beat her into submission. i wanted to let the front desk know but he was away when we packed up to leave. please ask the lady who served breakfast about the man who argued over coffee cups with her (he was the one that freaked me out and was also on the 3rd floor).

The whole stay was great, great location awesome breakfast,very clean facility.excellent value.

Large clean room, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Comfort Suites always comes through with a nice place to stay at a fair price.

Room stunk of mildew, bathroom was full of black mold. Should of never been rented out. Broken windows in the pool area hot tub was outta commission, pool clearly needed cleaning. No help from the property or Expedia to remedy the situation.

Staff was not happy. Breakfast was okay.

This includes our magnetic card keys stopped working at least once a day, the Wi-Fi would go on and off in the room, no air-conditioning in the business center, along with other minor things that really speak to the hotel needing a remodeling. I gave it three stars because there are still some redeeming qualities from the hotel. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is warm and better than most continental breakfasts that you will find in similar hotels, and the location is great- located in a quiet neighborhood where is not a lot of noise. I would stay at this hotel again with my teenager however, bringing the rest of my family here might prove to be a challenge due to the limited and outdated amenities. It’s not bad for a quick weekend stay, but not suitable for an extended vacation to Portland.

The room we were in had a strong odor. We tried airing it out with the windows open, but the scent still lingered.

The pool was dirty, but everything else was great!

Clean room, friendly staff and quiet location. Decent breakfast. Beds were comfortable.

If you’re looking for modern, updated rooms, look elsewhere. If you’re just looking for a place to rest that’s clean, then this fits the bill. Water pressure coming from the sink could be better. The coffee in the lobby was cold, plus you only have one choice of creamer. There was a place for cookies, but the entire 4 days, 3 nights I was there, they never made any. The front desk was very friendly, but the food staff, never once smiled, or talked for that matter, or it could be that she couldn’t hear you because of Apple EarPods she was wearing.

Needed a safe place for my 18 year old son to stay while embarking on a solo road trip directly after graduation. Property was right off the freeway, had free parking, free breakfast, comfortable room and excellent staff.

Room was good, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, except for the weak coffee.

Nothing Dark, dirty, staff was not friendly or helpful, homeless with piles of stuff and trash jn the parking lot and immediate surrounding area. We felt so uncomfortable that we did not stay and asked for a refund, which we were not given.

Found mold in bathroom sink also freezer. Lots of stain in sofa bed. Breakfast was limited choices. Pool wasn’t clean. Hot tub was not working.
