My family and I had a wonderful stay. I appreciated the extra clean room and facilities. The restaurant was delicious and very relaxing by the water. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the couch pullout bed wasn't very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The first person I spoke with checking in was delightful later I had to ask a question and I seemed to notice a deep contrast, the staff at happy hour were nice and the breakfast was good. All in all a good stay.

food was great the breakfast was outstanding, but the room was not so good. the bed was horrible it was so hard and uncomfortable. the couch in the front room was just as bad.

Location. Close to Airport Breakfast was decent Lousy old dated property. Manager should go sit on the couches in the rooms. Especially ours 203. Chair was hard cardboard and the couch a lumpy mess. Refrigerator does not close Bathroom drain was clogged Dining staff on 09.24 for dinner were rude Get rid of those lousy potatoes for breakfast

Staff was very friendly. There was some construction. It looked like on the water feature throughout the hotel but overall the rooms were great. They were very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was awesome.... the room, very clean and spacious....the staff, very helpful and kind....the breakfast, one of the best buffet breakfasts I've eaten at...the front desk staff, extremely helpful and always a friendly smile.

Loved the setup in general, loved the koi pond running through hotel! I mean how often do you see that?the bar was great.food was great! That was our 3rd time staying there, we needed something super close to the airport and it is.. Can’t wait to go back !
