Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Airport

I wasn't as impressed as I'd hoped to be. We had a suite with two double beds and a pull out couch. The beds were comfortable. The mattress on the couch was horrible and you could feel all of the springs. The bedding for the couch bed was insufficient, also, with only one pillow and no blanket. In addition, the bathtub did not drain at all and the shower curtain leaked no matter what, with water all over the bathroom floor when finished. Our room slept 6 people, but towels, etc. were only stocked for 3 people. We had to ask for more towels. The breakfast spread was nice in the mornings. Check in could've been better. Lines were long and slow and agents could've been more helpful and informative.

The location was excellent. There is a 7-Eleven right across the street where I got gas and snacks. We went for daily jogs right from the hotel onto safe sidewalks in a loop. We had dinner nearby and did a little shopping at Old Navy. The room was quiet and spacious. The airplanes fly very close, but it’s still quiet from inside. The breakfast area is huge and there were plenty of food options. Parking is paid with an app, so it was easy. We could come and go without requiring a code or ticket. The hotel shuttle service was very reliable. I was able to schedule a ride at 3:15am. When I called them from the airport, they arrived in 3 minutes. Room cleaning is by request and that was fine. The room was cleaned when we requested it. I would stay again, because it was comfortable, convenient, and pleasant. The lobby is an open area as tall as the building itself with a “river,” water falls, and many lush plants.

Helpful, friendly staff. Nice restaurant. Perfect location for early flight. Room was excellent. Only criticism at all, and this is nitpicking, is that the water pressure was not as good as you might expect.

My grandson and I spent one night before flying out. Everything from check-in to the room to the breakfast to our shuttle worked out flawlessly.

The staff were great, the room was clean, breakfast and on-site omelets are fantastic. The only downside is the parking. They charge $20 per night. Its one the few places that punish their customers for choosing them for a stay. That was frustrating.

Breakfast was delicious! Gym was a little small and pool was nice but was missing a hot tub. Loved the location. Would definitely come back!

Loved the breakfast! Chef Russell prepared an amazing omelet! We arrived in time for evening reception, enjoyed our cocktails and then requested the shuttle drive us down to the Cascade shopping area. The shuttle driver was so kind and helpful! The room was nice, and had a flatscreen in the living area as well as the bedroom. Bed was firm. Shower did not have the best pressure. We were in an outside room on the 8th floor and we could hear the jets fly by. The parking is paid, and they do not charge it to your room, you have to do it separately through QR code which may be really difficult for non tech people. The hotel itself is quite striking with the botanical feel and the set up is nice. The complimentary reception is in the back area where the breakfast is served, not in the main bar.

Hot breakfast was great. We were given the wrong room. They blamed it on booking.com. after confirming with booking.com that it was the hotels mistake, they continued to beat around the bush blaming everybody but themselves and refused to take accountability. Have now ghosted all my emails all of booking.com's emails and phone calls. No accountability. Will not stay here again. Horrible customer service

Manager Kat was terrible, smug and rude. Rooms are run-down, greatly in need of updating.

The room was awesome…we checked in late and didn’t get the chance to enjoy the restaurant, bar, or pool but the resort was amazing…

We always enjoy the complementary breakfast, love the omelets! Very busy for a Sunday evening…

The hotel is beautiful you are impressed when you enter the hotel but for me I did not like the location very close to the airport you can hear the planes passing or landing a lot of noise otherwise it is beautiful
