Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel

Exceptional

Good

For the most part the hotel was very nice. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff working in the restaurant were wonderful. The cleaning staff for my room, meh. As soon as you walk in, the floor has a little linoleum area before walking onto the carpet and it was immediately noticeable that your shoes stuck to the linoleum, which reminded of someone had spilled coke, so that kind of stickiness. Then there were three of us in the room and we had one washcloth to share and two bath towels to share, but yet the room slept four. When the room was "cleaned" that day, only one of the two beds were made and the used towels were removed but nothing to replace them for the following two more days we stayed, so I gave a good instead of excellent because of that experience. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the room overall is comfortable. Just don't walk barefoot as it is suspicious as to the degree of cleanliness things are.

Close proximity to the airport and shopping. Nothing.

very good staff member Harry was extremely helpful regarding a heater issue in the room rooms could use a refresh

Reserved 2 rooms -- 1 for my mom, and second for my husband and me. Mom's room didn't have a remote control for the TV. Our room had a toilet that wouldn't drain properly. Fetched a plunger at 1:30am from hotel staff. Other than that it was a great stay and very convenient for an early am flight from PDX.

Free shuttle running back and forth to airport was great All good

The room had been recently renovated. There was still remnants of pain on the bathroom floor. We had a little toilet issue but they were very helpful in helping us resolve it.

Conviently located. Efficient staff at checkin. Lobby and dining area are rather sterile. Room is spacious and bed comfortable. Efficient 24 hour shuttle to airport.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent bar and grill on-site.

Splendid property

Superb

There were stains on the sofa in the room; otherwise the room and bathroom were clean. The airco/heating made a lot of noise. Poor quality coffee machine. However, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Easy check-ink. Excellent shuttle service.

Good place to stay before a departure out of PDX

Clean, close to airport. Walks to elevator and room way too long

Good Bar and Restaurant on property.

It wasn't horrible for an airport hotel, but for the price I guess I expected more.

Very good customer service front desk and bar tender

Superb

Property is well managed. Staff is friendly.
