Hampton Inn Portland-Airport

Possibly the MOST comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in!

Exceptional stay, 3 minutes from the airport with a shuttle. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bed and room were very comfortable. The included breakfast was a quick pick-up in the morning, with eggs fritatta, sausage, and other items not found in ordinary continental breakfasts. Definitely an excellent choice for travellers with early flight out of Portland International.

As always, Hampton Inns are a cut above the competition. This particular property could use some help on the outside and grounds.

We were only here overnight but it was an excellent choice...mainly because of the shuttle to and from the airport. There when we needed it...and the driver went out of his way to help us out when we needed to return to the hotel to pick up keys...and they go back to the airport again. Breakfast was great...and the room was very adequate. Especially liked the bar in the bathroom tub and a suction mat in the bathtub...having just come from a previous motel where the bathtub had no suction, no bars, and was VERY slippery, this was very much appreciated.

Very convenient stopover before early morning flight out. Front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful, as was the airport shuttle driver. The room was clean and quiet.

The dirty carpets!!!!! Disgusting!! It ruins everything else if you don't have decent floors. Also a tad dingy and food offerings for sale bad. ARENT YOU A HILTON?? Not what I expect of a hilton

Airport shuttle was quick and easy; driver was friendly. As expected, you do hear airport noise from the rooms. Ear plugs were provided.

The Staff were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. At our request for a more quiet floor and they obliged. We were checking out of the Pearl District Hampton Inn and checking into the Hampton Inn- Airport location and had requested an early check in and again this hotel was very accommodating!! Beth at the front desk offered excellent suggestions for food within walking distance and we took her up on her suggestion!! The walk was safe and quiet and led us to an outdoor mall, so we had to spend money! :-) Thank you Beth!!

Staff was friendly room was clean and you could almost hear no sound from outside even though the planes are landing right outside Stated there was a seasonal pool, but when I asked they said we don’t have one. I saw a pool outside (photo), but it was tarped off I wish it had stated it was not going to be accessible during my summer stay. Loud thumps early in the morning turned out to be housekeeping staff, the cabinet doors to the refrigerators make a very loud noise when closed and it’s all we could hear over and over again. Housekeeping knocked on our door early to see if we had checked out so if you like to sleep in that was unpleasant.

The closeness to the airport, the shuttle drivers were great. Very accommodating. I forgot my cane in my room, the driver was very nice about and waited for me to retrieve it. The pool was closed.
