Smart hotel with everything you need. Very comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was not good first morning but because I did not like the eggs how they were made and it was busy so everything was limited. Day two morning was great.

Very nice place.

The only area that could comment about improvement is the customer service. While staff claimed that hotel states online that housekeeping is provided every other day, I felt the staff could have handled the situation more courteously and politely instead of pushing off the guests to have read every detail during the booking process. Secondly I did not receive a welcome bag despite being a Hilton Honors member, while other guests with the same membership tier appeared to receive one. It was not something I was expecting or needed, but it is the kind of thoughtful gesture that makes guests feel valued, isn’t it ? Overall, I would still recommend this property for its location, amenities, and breakfast.

I hope the management will address this behavior of the particular staff member in future. Breakfast and everything else was good.

Hotel was great for a one night stay - clean room, friendly staff. Airport shuttle was very convenient. Hotel breakfast was pretty decent.

Only stayed one night and was very glad to not hear the planes much, slept well all night. Looking forward to more visits.

Very clean hotel. Nice service， I like the mattress,it's really comfortable. Me and my son, we love it. I also like 24/7 Free coffee, it it is really helpful.

We had a quick stay as we needed to be up at 2:30 for our early morning flight. Staff was super friendly, hotel was clean and quiet.

Rooms were clean , staff was friendly There was 1 issue I paid up front when we booked the room so it was strange to be told upon arrival that the 2Q we reserved was no longer available. We got in at 9 pm so not like it was a crazy late arrival. They did provide an alternative to give us a 2nd room for free. Which fortunately still worked for us since a parent could be in both rooms. If I had been traveling solo with my kids, then this would have left us no options. So while it was readily resolved for us , it was disconcerting.

Hotel was very new and clean. Very convenient location next to PDX.

Breakfast could use some more variety but otherwise highly recommend.
