Decent breakfast offerings, great coffee and a very gracious reception staffer. The morning shuttle was on time ( had to say when needed the night before). Driver was excellent and got me where needed on time.

Breakfast was great

Booked for a one night stay as we had early departure. The airpot shuttle is definitely a plus. Surprised by the availability of breakfast choices and the greeting pkg of water and chips. The young lady at the check-in counter was especially courteous and caring.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Ammenities and work resources, lobby store was great. I loved the work cubbies that were in the lobby. I got a lot of work done during my stay

We checked in close to 11pm from a late flight into Portland. The room’s TV didn’t have a remote control and no on/off switch so we were forced to sleep with the TV on all night. Also, the shower’s water pressure was very weak so it felt like you were showering from a one-stream water fountain.

Really my only complaint was that the room was small. No coffee maker, but there was always coffee in the lobby. We had to leave before the breakfast opened at 6 am, but the attendant brought us bagels and cream cheese to take to the airport.
