Great location, clean , friendly staff, good breakfast

The room was clean and we felt the location was safe. Breakfast was also good; eggs, pancakes meat & oatmeal were all good hot breakfast options. Coffee available 24/7 as well. It was also pretty quiet considering its proximity to the airport.

I like it

This place is fine for an overnight stay on the way to the airport. The free breakfast was OK. The room was clean except the floor seemed to be dirty ( when walking on the floor in bare feet you could feel it was dirty). It has a nice free shuttle to the airport (you make a reservation for it at the desk). Also, the parking is free ... you just have to get your ticket validated.

Great stay, everything you would expect from a Hilton property. We appreciated the free shuttle. Only issue was front desk lady snapped at the 3 of us waiting in line, no one said anything to annoy her but she snapped because we were in line and evidently the system went down. Other staff were much friendlier.

A reasonably priced basic hotel near the airport. We'd stay there again.

Staff and location Uncomfortable bed and sheets. Incorrect soap and shampoo dispensers at sink and in shower. A/C did not operate well

Clean, good service, 24 hour coffee and tea service, free breakfast. Its a nice and simple hotel that has everything you need and more. Im not a hotel snob but i look for excellent service and great accommodations. Tru by hilton over exceeded those expectations!!! 10/10 highly recommend

Airport shuttle was greatly appreciated and the main reason I selected the hotel Television was losing signal

It was clean and the staff was professional.

We arrived in Portland late from the east coast. It was so convenient to call the shuttle and be picked up. The staff was so friendly. We were only there for one night before picking up our car rental, but the hotel was very clean and the staff was great.
