Radisson Hotel Portland Airport

Arrived at the motel at 3:15, was told the room wasn't ready (check-in was supposed to be at 3:00). Staff was unapologetic.

This was only an overnight stay, but check was easy and the room was nice and spacious. Coming from the airport, the pick up shuttle was a nice touch and very helpful. The beds and pillows were comfy!

I highly recommend this hotel especially if you need a layover place to stay for the night. They have free hotel shuttle that makes it very easy to commute to/from the airport.

We were very surprised they charged us $14 a night for parking and it’s always been the first night is free also they are charging 3% when you use a credit card for anything you buy at the hotel

We stayed in one of the updated rooms which was spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint was the absence of hooks/towel bars for hanging “being used” hand towels, etc. I’m also not a fan of having the sink and mirror area exposed, but that’s more a matter of taste. Overall, this was a great place to stay.

The front desk staff were so helpful and pleasant. The room was fantastic!

Nice water view, great customer service The room felt gloomy and poorly lit. There was no full-length mirror available to see my entire outfit, and the mirror was placed too high, making it inconvenient to use.

Nice hotel, clean, helpful staff. Secure parking. Easy access to the airport. In a nice forested setting.

I stayed just one night with family on the way to pacific cost, This seems to be old property undergoing renovation , so my room was good not sure about other rooms but hallways and surroundings looks old property. There is $14 per night parking fee which I didn't expected. There is Bar and Grill restaurant inside but I did not use it. lift is so small and very busy so expect delays during the peak hours. I didn't like the way the staff approach while checkin process. I just stayed one night, did not have any more interaction with other staff.

Newly renovated room. Helpful staff. Restaurant on site. Prompt convenient shuttle service to and from the airport.

The staff was amazing! Ice machine on second floor was not working. No big deal for me. I just went to the third floor!

There was paid parking available on site but you have to pay each time you leave the lot- not one flat rate. There is ample street parking for those who want more flexibility. The hotel offers earplugs in room to help damper the noise from passing planes or trains. Beware if you have a room close to the lobby as the lobby music was very loud and plays long into the early morning. I’d ask for a room far from the lobby if noise is bothersome. Hope this helps you make an informed stay.
