The breakfast was amazingly healthy. The room was clean and well equipped. The staffs were kind and very helpful. The shuttle was punctual.

Amazing breakfast, great location, spacious rooms, very clean, nice kitchen, good staff, ample parking. Definitely recommend and will come back again

We just stayed 1 night but bed was great There was s full kitchen with dishes, glasses, large room with a couch, desk. Very nice

The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and well laid out, and I appreciated having a kitchenette. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was convenient to the airport, and the gated property made me feel comfortable staying there as a solo female traveler. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the overall property felt well maintained. There wasn’t much to dislike. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the soundproofing a bit, as I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was nice, quiet and clean. Our TV didn't work and one of the lights would fade and get bright off and on.

I enjoyed the hospitality and helpfulness. We didn’t eat breakfast each day but day 1 we did and enjoyed our meal. I enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool as well. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. N/a.

The front desk did not answer the phone for shuttle service but fortunately the shuttle appeared shortly after trying to call. Room was nice , no lotion, breakfast was nice.

I really enjoy staying at Home2 Suites. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is consistently kind and welcoming. The breakfast is great, and I love the overall layout of the hotel. Whenever I come to Portland, this is the place I choose every time. I also appreciate the security — you can’t access any floor without a key, and they always call the room to confirm visitors before letting anyone up. My stays have always been positive. The housekeepers are wonderful, friendly, and attentive to whatever you need, just like the rest of the staff.

i liked that they made special accomodations to bring us breakfast since we would miss the complimentary breakfast from our early flight!

Planes feel like they are going to land on the roof. I mean it;the whole hotel rumbles. The air conditioner is one that is loudly on/off so that is sleep impactful. Nothing except location was wrong; I will say we stayed at Best Western Pony inn on our first night in Portland and I slept much,much better there, and it’s still close to the airport. I mean; you want a bed to sleep in that you sleep in when you are away from home. I got the worst night due to noise! (And finally my husband turned off the airconditioner as it was driving him nuts too but then it got too hot.)

I paid in advance for a two-day stay in a room with two queen beds in a Home to Suites -Portland Airport (Hilton) hotel. Instead without notice my reservation was changed to a room with only one queen bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed that we had to make up with a thin blanket. I called the front desk and the night clerk brought up a blanket and inspected the room. She said she would inform her boss the next day and said Expedia would also be notified. I did not hear anything from anyone until I checked out when I repeated my story to the desk clerk, who gave me the email address of the Home to Suites (Hilton) general manager. The general manager confirmed what occurred but said that the hotel had no control over what happened. She said I would receive a partial refund from Expedia ($67 of a $350 bill) but made no attempt to explain why this happened. It is apparent that she did not want me to know. I have stayed in hotels in twenty different states but have never experienced such egregious treatment from a hotel.

Location, friendly staff, free shuttle, breakfast!! Wish we could have had a parking pass for entering & exiting although the staff was so accommodating for validation

Nice and easy stay and close to the airport. Great breakfast and even coffee was out all day! Only drawback was the pool and hot tub were cold.

Breakfast was really good. Fresh yogurt, biscuits, fruit!
