It wasn't as quiet as I would like, but for last minute, it was fine

Room was clean and pool was perfect.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great. The pool is awesome. The shuttle is very convenient. $10 parking. The hall we were on needed some maintenance, but nothing horrible. The staff were awesome and accommodated some things we needed stored in the fridge and freezer.

The staff was very friendly. Great location near the airport.

This is a good hotel with good staff and good service and a nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are good size and fairly quiet. However, when we stayed at the hotel this last week, the carpets in our room were filthy. I had read a review like that online, but had not experienced it before. I took a look at the carpet after I got settled in and noticed it was very dirty and in need of good shampooing. Had it been cleaned in advance? I would’ve given the hotel a higher score for sure.

Also, my husband wasn’t there for 10 minutes and he had a parking ticket on his windshield. He was coming up to get the pass from me. Give it a little more time than 10 minutes.

Getting picked up by the airport shuttle service was smooth, great front desk staff with fresh chocolate chip, peanut butter cookies and infused water at check in, delicious breakfast and late check out. Country Inn and suites definitely gets 5*s from me

Hotel was convenient for oir late night in at the airport. We only stayed the night before hitting the coast. Location was good, breakfast was good, and check in was nice.

Smoke alarm went off every 30 seconds for hours. Nothing was offered to us when we checked out except for an apology, and they said they would make a note in the file. Beyond unacceptable.

Provide a wonderful breakfast with lots of staff to ensure nothing ran out, and lots of options. I also liked that they used mostly reusable dishes and cultery

Wish there were close places to eat, but delivery is quick.

Great breakfast—far above the typical hotel continental, nice pool and hot tub, comfy room.

We had a nice stay but were not told parking was extra until check-in. Did not appreciate that. Heard other guests complaining about the same thing.

Shuttle bus driver and staff could be more aware of guests needs but other than that it was good.
