Comfortable bed and good pillows As expected, the sounds of planes was very loud.

Room was basic. Met our needs. Nothing exceptional about it. The location was close to the airport and we were able to get shuttle srvice from the hotel to the airport. Only had breakfast one of the two nights we stayed there. We were asked to leave the room at 9 or 9:30 whether we were done eating or not. There was no dinner served at the hotel which weren't aware of, and had to try to find a place to eat after we arrived. Staff wasn't real helpful with finding a place the first night we arrived. Staff was more helpful on the second night we stayed there when we were getting ready to leave Portland.

The two queen beds were very comfortable, room was large, lots of electrical outlets, good thermostat for comfortable heat in the morning. Didin't have to check out until noon. The driver, Duy, is an exceptional person. Took exceptionally good care of us, recommending a Vietnamese restaurant in the airport, told us information that helped us get oriented in the airport. A standout individual. SHower needs grab bars. There are two metal racks for soap, but a grab bar would be a nice addition.

Good location, good amount of amenities. Bed was not very comfortable. Pillows were smaller than usual.

The proximity to the airport was very good and it managed to be very quiet at night The driver of the shuttle named Duy, was wonderful. The reception staff was nice, especially the morning gal, who must have done the late night to morning shift. She was terrific. The dining room layout for the breakfast buffet was a bit strange. It felt rather sad and not well thought out. What bothered me was the staff members were looking at their phones while some tables needed clearing, some serving utensils were missing and they seemed disinterested. Once asked for something they became attentive. Stairwell carpets need a deep cleaning

The hotel was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and beds comfortable. The drivers to and from the airport were very accommodating. I would stay here again. Unfortunately the chef was sick and called out so there was no hot foods for breakfast. But the cold food was still fine.

The room was clean and the bed was somewhat comfortable. The main elevator was down, which wasn't so bad for me but it wasn't good for those staying at the other end of the hotel. There was only one coffee packet , 2 would have been better. Oh and there is never enough cream and sugar. It was okay overall, but next time I will stay somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend it if you are staying more than one night. Something about the hotel and the area gave me an uneasy feeling.
