Property was great, but the location was FANTASTIC! Short walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, lots of trees in the “park” on that Parkway, though only scattered traffic - very easy to cross 4 lanes! Free breakfast would have been nice, but IHOP was 1/2 block away!

Free airport shuttle.. drivers handled your bags for you-crustless quiche for breakfast was as delicious as any gourmet restaurant

The hotel was very close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. It was clean and staff were helpful. I would stay there again.

The hotel is very close to the Portland Airport. The shuttle service was incredibly helpful when we returned our rental car and when we needed to get to airport at a very early hour. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good

Normally we enjoy the hotel but this time we got in super late and a family took over the entire lobby and were extremely loud. It was past midnight and many people were loud up and down the hallways. I choose Hyatt Place for the comfortable rooms but might re think it on my next trip.

Huge shared parking lot. It’s ridiculous to charge for parking. Will never stay there again.

We were next to a blower unit that was so noise we could not ever hear the jet airplane flying over to land at the airport. The room walls were so thin that after the blower shut down around 9:30, we could hear the person using the restroom next door. When our neighbor took a phone call at 3:30 AM & talked until 5;00 we could hear all the conversation. We went down to catch the shuttle at 5:40, but did not know where to go. There was an employee on her phone who could not find the time to speak wth us to answer question. The shuttle eventually showed up and the driver was very helpful.

Greatly appreciate the free shuttle to the airport.
