Parking was good. We skipped breakfast. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, comfortable property, walking distance to dining and shopping. Easy access to PDX and to TriMet Max.

Hotel and room were nice and clean. We returned our rental car to the airport and then called the hotel for a shuttle back to the hotel. The evening shuttle driver was less than friendly and appeared annoyed at doing his job. In the morning we had made a 5:00am reservation for the shuttle to the airport. We arrived in the front lobby at 4:45am and couldn’t find anyone at the front desk. After 5 minutes of calling out “hello” and several of us looking around we still didn’t find anyone. My wife finally called and we heard the front desk phone ring at least 15 times before she gave up. A few minutes later a clerk appeared from a room behind the counter looking as if she’d been sleeping. Never greeted anyone or offered to help the few of us standing around. Way below Hyatt standards of customer service. We will pick another hotel next time.

We just stayed one night, we had an early flight in the morning. This hotel is always clean and pretty spacious. I like that it’s next to the car return and makes getting to check in so easy!

Perfect place!

Quiet and perfect location to the airport. The free ride to the airport was on time and the driver was friendly.

The room was c lit and and we'll maintained. Hyatt Place is very near the airport and convenient to restaurants and shops.

Convenient location to PDX and good restaurants and shopping very clean and quiet.Shuttle and front desk staff.were excellent. Probably one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had in years.

The hotel has gotten much pricier than the last few visit there

A decent size king room and living area with sofa. The bed was comfortable enough for a night. The only small complaints I have are that I could hear footsteps coming from the people in the room above me which was kind of annoying. The shower also had a couple leftover hairs from the previous guest. But besides that, everything else was clean. The breakfast was pretty good with a lot of options and seating. Good amount of restaurants nearby as well. It was within close proximity to Portland Airport and they offer a free shuttle to and from. Overall, I’d stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice room layout. The partition between the bed & living room is a nice touch.

Our stay was excellent. Only one recommendations the night stand between the two queens size beds needs to widen. I use a C-Pap machine and it barely fit on the night stand. Overall our stay was great.

The staff downgraded our room and called to tell us they did so and I had to call back and say no way we had 5 people in our party and a room for 4 people would not work. They called back hours later and said they would get us a room for 5. The person at the front desk was not friendly at all.
