Check in was smooth and fast. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. Was difficult to control the temperature in the room, but not a deal breaker. Josh, the bartender at the lounge was super engaging and very nice to chat with. The shuttle bus drivers were available round the clock and very accommodating. One negative was that no breakfast (not even continental) was included for the price of the room. Otherwise, great location if you need to get to the Portland airport quickly.

Great hotel…. Planes are a bit loud

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was some nice outdoor space. Very convenient (walkable) to shopping and numerous restaurants. Bartender very nice. The music in the lounge/ common area was very loud. I know they were going for a certain vibe, but it was way too loud. The noise of planes flying over in the evening was concerning, but it quit early enough and didn’t start back up until early am. I guess that’s the price you pay for being 5 minutes from the airport.

The room was very generic but perfectly acceptable for a nights stay before an early flight.

They went out of their way to make sure myself and my wheelchair-dependent friend were comfortable and had everything we needed!

(Free internet would have been nice, though.)

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff was super helpful, friendly, outgoing and professional. The room and hotel were spotless. Definitely will stay here again.

The property, staff, accommodations and amenities were awesome. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Room was clean and organized. Didn’t like that 1 light by the main door wasn’t functioning well and other light by the bed wasn’t working.

This hotel is perfectly located close to the airport and good shopping!

So much in walking distance.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for 20 years when we fly out of Portland. Staff is great. And the shuttle to the airport the best of any I know. My only reservation is finding a good place for a hot breakfast is difficult. That is a very small issue. I really like that a hotel is right on the max line so getting into downtown Portland is.
