Reserved two king bed rooms —paid up front / non-refundable reservations before getting to the property. At check-in we are told they have given our rooms to other travelers and the only rooms they can give us are handicap double queen rooms next to the elevators — literally the worst rooms. No concessions or refunds.

Loved the room..outdoor pario area.

Limited but good breakfast selections ,nice little gym .

We arrived early in the morning, after two weeks of prior travel, expecting to drop off our luggage and find things to do in Portland until check in at 3...but they were able to get us into rooms right away! This was great news for my Dad, who is 90, who was exhausted from our long trip. He was able to rest and relax from the very start. What a relief! I am very grateful to the shift manager (Emily) and the whole crew.

Totally fine airport hotel. Annoying that they charged extra for parking.

The two gentlemen at the check-in counter were the most rude, detached staff I’ve ever encountered at this location. I was not the only one complaining …. One of the corporate guests I met in the elevator said their company had already called to complain about their rude behavior. I will never stay here again .. additionally, the microwave that was confirmed would be available in writing .. was not. They finally found one but brought it to my room filthy with food, the cable had tape around it to hold the wires in. Beware of this place!

I liked how close it was to everything and how open the parking lot was. I was downgraded from the accessible room I originally booked after being asked if it was actually necessary. The room is was given was way smaller and the shower was extremely small. The worst part, it was our wedding day. We were only staying for one night before boarding our flight.

Crowded and not well cleaned. Staff meant well but seemed overwhelmed

The AC constantly started and stopped every five minutes all night long. Very hard to sleep. We rented because we have had good luck with this brand before but this place was dingy and beaten down. Needs a refresh and a proper clean.

The hotel was convenient to the airport and shopping and restaurants are across the street.

I would have liked the location. The entire check-in process was a complete fiasco. I paid for my room two days earlier. That was to confirm my reservation. I showed up at 5 o’clock and wasted an entire hour of my life. You claimed you didn’t have a room and you had to wait for housekeeping. You told me to wait in the lobby for a second that lasted for 45 minutes until I became unpleasant. I finally had to be the squeaky wheel to get the incompetent person to give me my room. According to them only one computer works. And that computer is not hooked up to a credit card machine that works. At the end of the day, I want to go to a hotel that I’ve already paid for get my key and go straight to my room. That was the farthest from that experience it could’ve possibly been. No apologies no accommodations no nothing basically it was a giant middle finger to me for trying to stay at your hotel. I won’t make that mistake ever again.

Very clean and rooms were spacious. Wish there would have been a free breakfast buffet.

A great option if you need a "wake up and get to the airport quickly" hotel. Not only is the hotel conveniently located to food, it also has a complimentary shuttle that runs 24 hours. Even for our 4AM trip to the airport, I just came down, checked out, and asked for the shuttle and it was at the hotel in 10 minutes. Super convenient!

Really enjoyed this convenient airport location! We loved the tall ceilings throughout, including the rooms. Nice room design, lovely bathroom, comfy bed. The outdoor patio was quite lovely in the early evening and the food we ordered from the bar was pleasantly surprising! A bit limited but decent options and a nice bar. So happy our dog stayed free!! Seemed like ample parking as well. Very friendly staff and grateful for the shuttle to the airport in the early morning. Looking guard to staying here again.
