The room was stunningly run down. Very 'crime scene' feel, but overall was clean. Some smell of mold. Clearly, no investment into upkeep in what seemed to be at least 20-30 years. Everything worked though. It was a $-- room for $---.

Not much, just the staff It was old, rundown, smelled of smoke, burn holes in the sheets, broken tiles and sink and stains on the ceiling and walls

Room smelled of tobacco smoke. Toilet did not always flush. bathroom fan made loud noise and did not clear the steam.

Things were broken. The pictures were not what I expected

For the price you need a full hot breakfast not a contental breakfast

Staff was unbelievably rude and discriminatory. I had a service animal and was demanded to pay a deposit. Ada law states no deposit is to be paid anywhere for a service animal. When I states the law, the staff decided to tell me to leave the premises.

This hotel was being used as a halfway house for homeless and section 8 housing. It should not be allowed to take guests without telling them

Smokey room passed off as nonsmoking. Special requests not passed between Quality Inn and Rodeway or to us. Dingy and smelly. Never again. Quality Inn next door much better except no elevator and we requested first floor snd got second floor

What’s we’re there for hours, lights everywhere for hours. The room was dirty. Ash on the floor. Bug on the window I have a picture for. I left after a few hours. Checked in around 8 ish. Tried to sleep and the covers were nasty ans smelled. Couldn’t sleep more then 1-2 hours before leaving before midnight. I paid insurance on the ticket. I requested a refun for the amount of approx 164$

The breakfast was grab and go. No fruit was included. There were no options, everyone got the same thing. There was nothing fresh in the breakfast bag, everything pre-packaged. There were homeless people hanging around on the outside of building, there was a large spill stain outside the room I was assigned, the grounds needed a general cleaning., the bedspread and the room were dingy. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread. The air in the room was stale and disgusting, the carpet was soiled.. need I continue?

Hated the in-the-wall non-upgraded air conditioner. When it rained, water poured in from outside, needed to put towels down to mop it up. Then smelled like mildew or urine when it ran later. Very unpleasant.
